    New movie role!

    Longtime Llanview fans will always remember John Loprieno for his "One Life To Live" role as Cord Roberts, which he played on and off from 1987 through 2011. These days the actor is currently working on a new film titled "Hamlet's Ghosts," where he'll play Armon Hill.

    The 90 minute film was shot in historic Columbus, Georgia and Los Angeles, California and tells the story of a contemporary Shakespearean actor named Judge Vaughn, who finds himself troubled with hallucinations while portraying the Danish Prince on stage. The clues his finds involving the past and the future prove he's playing chess with his life. Barbara Niven (ex-Liz Coleman Reynolds) also stars as Sarah Goodman.

    Before landing his big Daytime role Loprieno played Dan Walton in "Search For Tomorrow" and appeared as Brad Snyder on "As The World Turns" in 1999. He also turned up in Primetime in the 90s on "ER," "Roseanne," and "Sabrina The Teenage Witch."
