    At Dorian's, Frank warns her not to play him like this again. He didn't tell anyone that she tipped him off about the fund and says people have lost money. In the other room, Tea tells Blair and Todd she remembers Victor talking about a retreat in the Catskills. Todd knows a guy, Robert, who can find anyone and assures Tea he doesn't want to kill Victor. "The place is called Willow Lake," Tea reveals. When Jack, Sam and Dorian appear, Blair orders Dorian to make sure the boys don't leave then heads out with Todd and Tea. Dorian looks at an article about the Pellegrino Fund collapsing and laughs about revenge. Later, Shaun appears with Jack and Sam, who he caught climbing down the trellis.

    At the mansion, Jack edits David's footage of Rama. Jack doesn't need her name and prefers to call her 'hotness'. Dorian appears and asks who she is. "I don't need her name," Sam replies. "I'll just call her hotness." Dorian shoos Sam off to do homework and scolds David for working too much. She suggests, due to her celebrity status, that she's just what David's show needs and says, "Say hello to your leading lady." David isn't so sure and reminds Dorian that politics and reality shows are very different. She's not easily disregarded and tells David to think about it.

    Blair finds David, Jack and Sam with a new gaming system at the mansion. When she hears it's from Todd Blair demands Jack send it back. Jack refuses and thinks Todd owes him for screwing up his life. Tea calls and asks Jack to bring Sam by.

    Jack, Sam and Dani arrive at Tea's to hear Victor is leaving town. He can't guarantee when he'll be back. He calms Jack, who feels rejected again. Dani rushes into his arms, and Tea, Jack and Sam join in the hug. Victor asks Jack to give Todd a chance. "Never," he replies, and the kids leave. Victor promises to come back to Tea, professes his love, then leaves.

    Dorian watches her online resignation video at home. Her office belongings are delivered. In the living room, Blair gets a call then questions Jack about skipping school. She brings up Todd, and Jack goes to play videogames on his laptop. Victor arrives and joins Sam and Jack. Blair goes to answer the door to Todd, who relays his deal with Victor. She notices Todd doesn't look well and urges him to give Jack space. Todd looks in on them, makes eye contact with Victor then leaves. Victor gets Jack enthusiastic about school. Blair's glad he's back. Victor kisses Blair on the cheek then leaves.

    Dorian reads the paper at the mansion with David and Blair. The senators hung her out to dry. Sam joins them, as Dorian brings up Todd being back in town. She warns Blair, "Don't let history repeat itself." After Sam gives David a lesson in texting, Blair sends him off. Dorian makes a call and plans to tell her side of the story. Viki arrives. Dorian laughs when she asks to break the news of Dorian's resignation.

    Starr enters the mansion and stuns the family by announcing, "I'm moving to Los Angeles." Her video went viral. This may be the only chance for Starr to follow her dream. She wants support from Addie, Dani, Jack, Sam, Tea, Todd and Blair. "Over my dead body," Todd replies. He just found her again and refuses to lose Starr. She insists on standing on her own. Blair agrees and says, "She's not our baby anymore." Adding to their heavy hearts, everyone watches "Fraternity Row." After the show, Sam wonders what a sex change is. Blair deters Sam, as Todd finally agrees to let Starr leave. When Todd warns he'll expect her calls often, Tea whispers, "Only as many as Statesville allows." Starr hugs everyone goodbye then leaves with Hope. Blair can hardly control her tears. Later, Todd offers to give Blair time alone. She asks him to stay, and they sadly wish Starr didn't go. Todd let her go because it's her time. As he breaks down, Blair finally sees he's the new man he's been claiming to be. Now, there's nothing holding Blair back. "If you want me," Blair says. "I'm yours." Todd kisses Blair.

    James pleads with Sam at the mansion. Is Starr's secret about Cole? After James warns Starr could go to jail for hiding Cole, Sam replies, "Check the cabana." After James rushes off, Sam takes his toys to the TV and sees a report that Hannah escaped. "Hey kid," Hannah says, appearing by Sam's side. "Can I play?" Sam knows she's the girl who hurt Starr and screams. Hannah covers Sam's mouth and warns him to shut up. Sam refuses to tell Hannah where Starr is and bites her finger. As Hannah grabs Sam, Todd appears and orders her to put Sam down. Hannah pulls a gun on Todd. If he doesn't give her Cole and Starr, Hannah will fill Sam with bullet holes. In the cabana, Starr breaks from Cole's kiss and wonders what he's doing. "The same thing you are," Cole replies. "Kissing the person I love." Starr kisses him again. Cole doesn't care that Starr's with James and insists she still loves him. James appears and lashes out at Cole for putting Starr in this position. Starr admits she hid Cole because she wanted to. James wonders if Cole's right. Does Starr love Cole no matter who she's with? Starr's helping Cole for Hope. Cole's her father! Cole thinks James is right. He doesn't want Starr to end up in jail and hugs her goodbye. Cole wants to see Hope before he leaves. Starr, Cole and James head into the mansion and find Hannah with Sam and Todd. Cole pretends to be happy to see Hannah and claims she's the one he wants. He begs Hannah to runaway with him. Hannah puts Sam down. Sam kicks her. Todd rushes toward Sam, as Hannah raises her gun. A shot is fired.

    Cole stops Starr from leaving the cabana. There's so much he has to tell her. Starr has to check on Hope, hands Cole her cell and leaves. She finds James with Sam in the mansion. After she sends Sam to bed, James informs that there's been a prison break. Cole's missing. Has Starr heard from him? She denies it and tells the cops the same when they arrive. They insist on searching the premises. James wonders why Starr's nervous and privately asks, "Are you hiding Cole?" Back in the cabana, Cole looks at photos on Starr's cell. When he sees one of James and Starr, he rushes out. "Freeze!" Sam orders, knowing Hope's dad is supposed to be in jail. Cole leads Sam into the cabana and asks him to keep him a secret. Sam's been deputized by John and says, "I have to arrest you." Cole begs Sam to let him spend some time with Hope. Later, the cops kick in the door and scream, "Freeze!" Sam puts his hands up then gives Cole, who's hiding, a thumbs up, as the cops lead him away. The cops bring Sam back to Starr and warn she better call them if Cole turns up. Before James leaves, he gives Starr the same warning. Sam privately tells Starr he lied to the cops about Cole. She assures Sam it's very important to keep Cole a secret then leaves. James returns and finds Sam. Where's Starr? Sam refuses to tell 'the secret', the one Starr said James, especially, couldn't know. In the cabana, Cole professes his love to Starr and kisses her.
