Clint reminds Echo he might've been able to raise Rex had she not left him at the hospital and asks, "Who are you to judge me?" Echo cries how much she hates herself for falling for a married man again, Charlie. She hated herself when she fell for Clint too. Her words appear to make Clint feel the guilt, who admits he's not sure what happened to him after Asa died. She pushes Clint to open up. He briefly thinks back to times with Asa and Bo then urges Echo to stay quiet. If she does, it'll be enough to keep Dorian in the dark. Echo begs him to reconnect with the man she used to know then leaves. Shortly after, Bo arrives and pulls a gun on Clint!

Rex can't forget how she abandoned him. Echo talks about turning to booze to deal with what she did. Over talk of Charlie, Rex fills her in on Clint lashing out at Charlie. Echo can't stand Clint. He won't even claim his own son! Echo backtracks and admits Clint is giving Joey a hard time about his new fiancée. Rex is just glad his father turned out to be Charlie. Echo gave him that. "I made the right decision," Echo says, happy that Rex got the dad he wanted. "I got lucky," Rex replies. Echo hopes one day he'll feel the same about her.

    Does He Look Familiar?

    Monday, January 10 2011

During the AA meeting, Dorian sits in disguise as Echo starts talking about giving up her son. That's when her drinking got out of hand. Though Echo's happy to have found her son, she admits his father is a problem. Thinking she's on the verge of hearing Echo confess, Dorian pinches a woman's arm with excitement. The woman screams, which alerts Echo to Dorian's presence. Echo continues with her speech and claims that Charlie is her son's father. He's a wonderful man. Echo starts making rude references to Dorian until Dorian stands up and screams, "Who are you calling dried up, you bitch?" Echo calls Dorian by name and makes the mayor look like an unsympathetic fool. Dorian challenges Echo to tell everyone that Charlie isn't Rex's father. Clint is! They continue arguing until Dorian claims, "This is my town and I don't want you in it!" Echo warns if Dorian pushes, she will push back! After Echo leaves, the group accuses Dorian of preying on their troubles. Dorian brings up her ex-husband Mel's alcoholism and claims she's trying to understand what he went through. Dorian is urged to the podium, where she says, "My name is Dorian and I enjoy an occasional glass of wine."

Sitting in Angels Square, Charlie thinks of Clint's accusations and takes out the bottle of vodka he helped Echo throw away. He gets a text from Viki asking him to come back to the hospital. Just as Charlie's about to take a drink, Rex appears. He quickly hides the bottle and tells Rex what happened to Jessica and what Clint said. Rex comforts Charlie and assures him he's a better man than Clint. Charlie wonders if Rex has a problem with Clint. Rex denies it and continues trying to boost Charlie's confidence about being a good father. Charlie thanks him and urges Rex to give Echo a chance too. Rex asks about the bottle in Charlie's pocket. Echo appears as Charlie pours out the liquor and watches as Rex places a hand on his shoulder.

You And Viki And Your Little Santa Suit!

    Friday, January 07 2011

Echo arrives at the mansion, hands Dorian a bill and demands a check for damages incurred on New Year's Eve! As Echo rants about her chimney fiasco, Dorian plays innocent and suggests Echo repair her flue. Echo suggests Dorian and Viki planned it all along. Dorian denies it. It's neither here nor there… Echo has Charlie on her side. "You and Viki and your little Santa suit," Echo rambles. She and Chuckles are closer than ever and there's nothing they can do about it! Dorian agrees to hand over a check then Echo leaves to meet Charlie at an AA meeting. Dorian immediately puts a stop payment on the check then says, "I need a drink… or, do I need a meeting?"

Echo finds Charlie at the hospital and shows him a bottle of Vodka she bought after her argument with Dorian. Charlie helps her throw it away then relays what's happening with Jessica. Echo warns Charlie that none of this is his fault. He shouldn't listen to Clint. He's a liar and a user! As Echo hugs Charlie, Dorian appears in disguise. Charlie urges Echo to take in the meeting while he goes to check on Viki. Once alone, Charlie removes the Vodka from the garbage. During the meeting, Echo is encouraged to share her story. She begins talking about a lie she told to someone she cares about. Dorian listens among the others.

Echo puts on the Santa suit to stay warm and screams over the edge, "Hello!" Outside the mansion, just as Jack tries to pry open Eli's box, Sam points to the rooftop. It's Santa! They race up to the rooftop. "Santa?" Jack asks, just as Echo falls down the chimney! "See, I told you," Sam tells Jack. There is a Santa! They think Santa's stuck and race back downstairs.

Back in the living room, Dorian joins Blair and Kelly, who rants about Joey and Aubrey. Blair kisses Kelly's cheek and suggests she move on. Kelly admits Blair was right. Aubrey's hiding something. She calls Rex and asks him to dig up dirt on Aubrey. Dorian lights the fireplace. Blair thinks she hears someone yelling. "It sounds like an Echo," Kelly agrees. Dorian laughs and turns up the Christmas music. Jack and Sam race in. Blair screams at Jack when he throws water on the fire. He's trying to save Santa! Blair thought he didn't believe in Santa.
