Todd was innocent and Cole was guilty. "I'm ready to be punished for what I did," Cole says. Before the judge can sentence him he asks Todd to take the stand. Todd admits he never liked Cole. His daughter's better off without him. Just then Tea and Dani enter. Todd changes his tone. He can't blame Cole for how he reacted. "I would hate to see my granddaughter grow up without a father," Todd says to the judge. "I think you should let him go home." The judge makes it clear if it wasn't for Todd's statement he would've given Cole the maximum sentence. Cole's sentenced to time served, two years probation and 5,000 hours of community service - and he better not mess up or he's going to jail! Cole thanks Eli who replies, "Thank your victim." Before Eli leaves he warns Cole not to talk to Hannah. Cole thanks Todd and apologizes for everything. Todd pulls Cole aside and makes it clear he did this for Starr and Hope.
