Back in John's office, just as Natalie's memories come rushing back, she draws a blank. John appears and states Gigi had the recorder. She wonders what was on the tape. John suggests she ask Brody. Natalie looks at the doorway. Brody stares back at her.

Vickers In Her Knickers.

Vimal's dragged into John's office on a traffic violation. John offers to overlook it. What did Vimal want to tell him, and why did Todd stop him from doing so. Vimal won't talk. Outside the office, Brody thinks about John being Liam's father. Natalie appears. Over talk of Jessica, Brody's surprised to hear Natalie hasn't told her about them yet. She promises to do so soon and hopes Jessica takes the news as well as John did. John appears. Once alone, John and Brody agree not to let their personal lives affect business. John asks Brody to help him nail Todd and fills him in on Vimal's involvement. John then asks if Brody knows anything about the missing recorder taken from Gigi's crime scene.

I Didn't Come Here To Drink.

Natalie enters the nursery at Llanfair and asks Brody what's wrong. Brody confirms he's about to lose her and says, "There's something you need to know about John." Natalie assures him that John is no longer an issue. She takes Liam and tells Brody this is what she wants. Brody makes her happy. Brody hugs Natalie. He wants nothing more than for all of them to be a family. Later, Brody talks to Liam. He lied to his mother. John's his father, not him. Brody wants to tell the truth but remembers what Natalie wants, to move on with him. He takes out the recorder, promises to be the best father to Liam, and to make Natalie happy, and says, "As long as she doesn't hear this tape." Natalie reappears. Clint made it through surgery. She's heading to the hospital. After she leaves, Brody vows to keep his secret.

Can You Hear Me, Tess?

At the station, Brody listens to Marty's full taped confession, stating John's Liam's father. "She changed the tests," Brody cries. "Liam's not my son. He's John's. What the hell am I going to do?"

Over at Rodi's, John has something to tell Natalie too. Natalie insists on talking first and admits, "Me and Brody are together." He thanks Natalie for telling him. Natalie fought for John for a longtime, but he made her realize they don't have a future. "I guess I should be happy for you," John replies. "How does Jessica feel about all this?" Jessica and Brody are over. It was time for Brody to let go. Natalie vows to fight for her sister but needs to put Liam first now. She hopes she and John can co-exist. "Liam deserves a family," John replies. "I wish all of you the best." What did John want to tell her? John claims he was wondering how Rex is doing. "Is that it?" Natalie asks. "Yes," John replies. Brody arrives outside, sees John and Natalie and whispers, "Tell them, you have to." Except Brody can't. He leaves. Later, just as Vimal arrives and tells John they need to talk, back at Capricorn Todd gets word that Vimal was heading to Rodi's.

Brody enters the nursery at Llanfair. He picks up Liam and says, "I'm your father." Brody wants to be a family with him and Natalie and asks, "How can that be wrong? How do I tell Natalie the truth?" Natalie appears.

Growing Up Manning.

At the station, Brody admits he couldn't tell Jessica he was sorry for sleeping with Natalie. Things have changed, as have his feelings for Natalie. She doesn't know how Jessica and John would react to them. Brody thinks they deserve a chance. Natalie takes Brody in a kiss. They agree to pursue a relationship. Natalie knows Jessica already hates her, and John has no right to object. After Natalie leaves to tell John, Brody goes back to logging in evidence, picks up the recorder and listens as Marty confesses that Liam is John's son.

How Do I Let You Go?

At the station, hoping to find something more on Jack, Brody looks through the evidence taken from Gigi's things. He finds the recorder. Ford appears. He needs Brody to make Jessica see that Ryder needs him. Brody rants about Ford and Tess then admits Jessica won't talk to him. Ford's stunned that Brody gave up on Jessica and slept with Natalie. Brody warns that Jessica is angry and refuses to let anyone hurt her again. She'll never let Tess come back. Brody orders Ford to walk away. Once alone, Brody goes back to the recorder. Jessica calls and tells him about Clint. Brody apologizes for what she walked in on. Jessica apologizes for her own actions and asks, "Are you sorry for sleeping with my sister?" When Brody doesn't answer, Jessica assumes he has feelings for Natalie and hangs up. Just as Brody picks up the recorder, Natalie appears.

I Was My Best With You.

Joey finds Jessica in the nursery and informs her that they need to leave for the hospital for Clint's transplant. Brody enters to hear Jessica say that she wishes she didn't walk in on Brody and Natalie in bed. Brody tells Jessica it doesn't have to be like this, while an angry Jessica walks out. Joey urges Brody to make a choice between the sisters, but make the right one or end up alone.

A sad Shane sits at Gigi's bedside and apologizes for not staying away from Jack like she asked. He crumples up on the floor and wishes it was him. He promises her Rex will make Jack pay. Brody arrives with Liam and tells Shane he is sorry. He believes that Gigi is still worried for him and wants him to be okay. Brody has to leave for Liam's checkup, but assures Shane that he will always be his family. Rex returns and sadly informs Shane that Jack isn't going to prison. Shane wants to prove Todd paid off Jack's friend. Rex promises Gigi he will get her justice. He asks forgiveness for what he is about to do, as he knows all he can do for her now is keep their son safe. As he holds her he whispers, "I'll love you forever."

The Fake Skank Dorian.

At the station, Brody admits to John that he moved out of Llanfair. John's surprised Brody moved away from Liam. "It's complicated," Brody replies. As John questions him about Jessica, the forensic report arrives.
