    Matthew collapses at the loft. Nora rushes to call 911, but Bo refuses to wait.

    Bo and Nora are in an exam room with Matthew. A doctor notices the fresh bump on his head and leaves to order tests. Matthew comes to and thinks he's paralyzed from the accident with Cole from a few years ago. The doctor reappears and privately confirms Matthew's reacting to a very serious injury, bleeding in the brain. Matthew's condition is grave. He needs emergency now in order to prevent brain damage or death. Bo and Nora exchange I love yous with Matthew and promise everything will be all right. "I'll see you on the other side," Matthew says, leaving Nora in tears.

    At the loft, Matthew puts ice on his head. Destiny arrives and informs that Clint confessed. He hears Dani knows and says, "That must be how…" Matthew grabs his head in pain. Destiny gets Matthew some aspirin and talks about him being off the hook. He tries to tell her something, but Destiny urges Matthew to get some rest and leaves. Bo and Nora return. As they argue over letting Clint confess, Matthew admits someone else knows the truth then collapses.

    Still at the loft, Nora demands Matthew trust them. He can't confess right now. Matthew reminds them once Blanca goes public, everyone will know anyway. "We have to stop her," Nora tells Bo, who finds out Blanca's at the hospital. Matthew reluctantly agrees to stay quiet for the time being. Bo and Nora rush out. Soon after, someone bangs on the door. Matthew opens it. Nate gives him an uppercut. Matthew hits his head on the end table on his way to the floor. Nate demands he admit the truth. "I killed your dad," Matthew confesses. He tells Nate the events that led up to Eddie's murder. Matthew holds his head in pain and apologizes. Nate can't forget Matthew let him take the fall and calls Matthew a spoiled rich kid. Dani knows what a loser he is and soon enough so will everyone else. Nate warns if Matthew doesn't turn himself in, he'll go to the cops himself. After Nate leaves, Matthew picks up a family photo, which shattered during his fall.

    Destiny and Matthew discuss Marty as they walk through Angels Square. Destiny's glad Matthew was with her. They kiss. After Matthew leaves, Dani appears and admits she saw Destiny kissing Matthew. Destiny confirms things are different now. She and Matthew had sex. Dani is stunned and wonders how it happened. Destiny doesn't want to discuss it. Dani briefly talks about being mad at Nate then pushes Destiny for answers. Destiny admits Matthew's been really upset and needed someone to understand him.

    At the loft, Bo fills Nora in on Marty. Blanca arrives with a heads up. She's getting ready to go live with the fact that they're covering for Matthew. It's time the public knew he killed Eddie Ford. They threaten to sue, which doesn't deter Blanca. Soon after Blanca leaves, Matthew appears. Bo and Nora admit Blanca's going public. They think Clint leaked the truth to Blanca. Matthew admits it was Destiny. He wants to turn himself in.

    Matthew stops Destiny in Angels Square. Why has she been avoiding him since they were last together? Destiny tries to walk away and runs straight into Marty. As Matthew asks about the baby Marty's holding, Destiny picks up the gun that's fallen from Marty's purse. Marty grabs the gun and aims at the kids. Matthew steps in front of Destiny. When Brody calls out Marty's name, Marty takes off. Brody appears, full of blood, and manages to call 911.

    At the loft, Destiny cries to Matthew how Blanca got the idea from her that he killed Eddie. Blanca's going to go public. Matthew doesn't blame Destiny and admits it's true. He killed Eddie Ford. Destiny comforts Matthew, as he explains how everything happened. Matthew doesn't want sympathy. He's a coward. Destiny wishes Matthew would've trusted her with his secret. She won't tell anyone. She holds Matthew close and promises never to leave him. Matthew kisses Destiny then leads her to his bedroom.

    At the loft, Nora and Matthew confront Bo about knowing Clint had a heart attack. Matthew wonders if Clint could die. Bo doesn't know and still blames Clint for everything that's happened. "I won't forgive him," Bo says to Matthew. "Neither should you." Matthew refuses to risk not being able to say goodbye to Clint and tries to leave. Bo won't let Matthew go to the hospital. Matthew warns Bo not to let his stubbornness stop him from making peace with his brother. Nora urges Bo not to turn his back on Clint and reminds him how Clint once begged Bo to fight for his life. Later, Destiny arrives and tells Matthew a reporter thinks he killed Eddie Ford.

    Still at the loft, Nora tells Matthew Bo went to talk to Clint. He wonders what they plan to do in regards to Eddie's murder. Nora brings up how she prosecuted Nate and asks if Matthew was going to let Nate take the rap for him. Matthew was going to confess, but Nate was released. Nora reminds him she and Bo could've lost their jobs and innocent people suffered because of this mess. "I'm ready to confess," Matthew states then again goes over what happened with Eddie. Nora asks if Matthew can live with knowing he killed a man. In tears, Matthew can't deny Eddie was a human being, though not a good one. Bo arrives and warns Matthew that Clint used him. Nora promises Clint will get exactly what he deserves, sooner or later.
