Starr catches Blair looking at her and Todd's wedding photo at the mansion. Blair admits Tomas professed his love. Starr brings up how Todd loves her too. Blair denies it but thinks back to being with Todd at the cabin. Starr knows Blair and Todd are still connected. Blair thinks Todd was going to tell her something last night. Starr suggests Todd feared rejection. That's why he left.
Tea finds Tomas painting a picture of Blair at the Manning Estate. He thinks Blair still loves Todd. He wonders how Tea's doing, who rambles about packing up Victor's stuff. Tomas takes her into his arms and vows to help Tea through this. Later, Blair arrives to pick up some of Victor's stuff for the kids. As Tomas collects the box Tea left with him, Blair sees his portrait. She admits she's confused. Tomas doesn't want to risk them slipping away. Blair grabs the box and leaves. Tea reappears, upset that Victor's killer is still out there. Tomas plans to use his training to find Victor's killer.
Blair, dressed as a lifeguard, opens the door to a werewolf at the mansion. Todd takes his mask off. They share a few jokes and talk about Jack. Blair urges Todd to take things slowly and suggests they work on getting Jack to drop the Scarface reference. "Hi Scarface," Sam says and shows off his 'Jaws' costume. Blair reminds Sam not to call Todd that. Sam can't call him Todd. That was his dad's name before the bad man made him go away. Blair explains that Todd's his uncle, his daddy's brother. Todd thinks back to shooting Victor. Sam misses Victor and wonders if Todd does too. He asks Uncle Todd to go trick-or-treating with them. While Blair helps Sam get ready, Todd tries to convince himself to tell Blair he wants her back. He practices by talking to pumpkins then heads to the front door chanting, "I love you. I want you back." The door opens and Irene appears saying, "Ask and you shall receive." He tries putting the wicked witch out of his head. Irene warns Todd will end up alone, begging for her to come back. He turns to throw a pumpkin at Irene and says, "Go back to hell." Blair and Sam reappear. Todd apologizes and declines Sam's invitation to go trick-or-treating.
Tomas convinces Blair to let him into the mansion. He wants her forgiveness. Blair can't forget that he walked away from her just to alleviate his guilt. Tomas begs Blair for another chance and explains why he felt the need to confess for Todd's sake. Now they are both free. He wonders if Blair wants a relationship with him, or is Todd still a factor? Blair tries to explain her worry for Todd. Tomas wonders who she's trying to convince, him or herself. Blair takes offense. Jack appears. Blair wonders what's wrong. Jack looks as though he's seen a ghost. Jack screams that he's fine then claims he's heading to bed. He whispers to himself, "It couldn't have been Gigi. Could it?" Back in the living room, Blair asks Tomas to leave. He wants to know something first and kisses Blair. Tomas can tell there is still something between them. He loves Blair and refuses to give up on her.
In the courtroom, Todd admits he shot Irene and thinks back to shooting Victor. He refuses to let Tomas go to jail for a crime he committed. Tomas is forced to confirm the truth. The judge drops the charges against Tomas and asks if the commonwealth wants to charge Todd in Irene's murder. The prosecutor is granted a recess.
Back in the courtroom, Blair praises Todd for doing the right thing. Tomas thanks Blair for talking Todd into confessing but wonders where that leaves them. As Todd asks Tea to keep him out of prison, Nora arrives and court's called back to order. Tea pleads Todd's case. The judge notes Nora already appears to have Todd convicted but asks if she plans to prosecute him for Irene's murder. Todd's earlier statement is brought up. He was about to tell the court what else he did. "Something unforgivable," Todd replies then claims he let Tomas admit to a crime he didn't commit. Nora doesn't have evidence to prosecute Todd and is forced to let him go. Tomas shakes Todd's hand. Todd thanks Tea, who demands he help her find out who killed Victor in return. Todd storms out. Tomas confronts Blair again and demands to know why she can't tell him she loves him. Is it because of Todd? Blair tells Tomas to go to hell. Nora confronts Tea, who continues to defend Todd. Nora reminds Tea that Victor was gunned down by a man who's walking around free, thanks to her.
Outside the courtroom, Blair can't believe Todd is going to let Tomas take the fall for something he did. Todd's no better than Victor. Todd reminds Blair that Tomas let Irene lock him up. He let Victor steal his life! Blair defends Tomas, begs Todd to do the right thing and promises Tea will fight for him. Todd thinks back to shooting Victor. He wonders if Blair loves Tomas. Blair thinks about Tomas asking her the same thing about Todd. She doesn't give him an answer or get Todd to change his mind. Todd walks away.
Inside the courtroom, Tea begs Tomas to tell the truth. She can't fight for him if he won't fight for himself. Court is called to order. Tomas thinks back to Blair wondering if she matters to him. He stands up and talks about everything he gave up for his country. The officials he worked for made him do things he's not proud of. He left his family… If he could go back, Tomas would put them first. Blair enters the room and hears Tomas talk about how his family wants him to change his plea. He loves his family and doesn't want to lose them but needs to reclaim his honor. Though the judge commends Tomas for ridding the world of such an evil woman, she doesn't condone murder. Tomas is sentenced to Statesville for twenty years. Todd barges in and yells, "Stop!" He admits Tomas is covering for him. He thinks back to killing Victor and says, "That's not all I've done."
In the courtroom, Todd's distracted by visions of shooting Victor. Starr hopes the judge will go easy on them since the murder charge was dropped. When Todd grabs his head, Blair wonders what's wrong. Court is called to order. Tea appears, and Blair's asked to leave. Once she's gone, Tea moves that all charges be dropped against Todd and Starr. Nora only agrees to drop the charges against Starr if Todd pleads guilty and serves two years in prison. Tea objects. Nora takes offense at Tea's defense of Todd and rescinds her offer. When Starr's deemed to be tried as an adult, Todd demands they leave her alone. Blair finds Tomas outside the courtroom and wonders why he's still lying about killing Irene. Tomas admits he's lied and killed over and over again for Irene. He feels he deserves this. Blair suggests he doesn't care enough about her to tell the truth. "I love you," Blair," Tomas replies. "I'm saving Todd for you because you asked me too." Tomas wonders if Blair's still in love with Todd. Nora, Tea, Starr and Todd appear. Todd pled guilty. They both got suspended sentences and have to do community service. Nora makes a jab about Todd softening up the judge by taking the fall for Starr. Tomas congratulates Todd then is led into the courtroom by Tea. Later, Blair asks Todd why he's free and Tomas isn't. Can Todd really let Tomas be put away for a murder he committed? In the courtroom, Tea asks if Tomas is ready to give everything up, including Blair, for Todd.
