When Tea calls Matthew to the stand, he starts by explaining how his life has changed - since the accident. As Matthew goes over all of the conversations between him and his parents up until now, Bo and Nora's hearts break as Matthew says, "The worst is when I wake up… At least in my dreams I can walk." Tea breaks out Matthew's yearbook, and they look at his sports pictures then talk about how excited Matthew was about the possibility of Dr. Evans performing the surgery - unlike his parents. When Tea makes Bo and Nora look bad, Nora stands up and reminds Tea that she has no idea what it's like to have and love a child at all costs! Nora is forced to sit down, as Tea continues to help Matthew fight for the right to make his own decision. "I have a chance to walk again," Matthew says then reminds his parents of how they raised him to take chances. "I might not make it through, but I'm willing to take that chance," Matthew finishes.
During a brief recess, Elijah comments to Tea that she really must like taking chances… On the stand, Destiny gives Matthew her support then Bo and Nora inform Matthew how tough it was to hear the things he said, to which Matthew replies, "It's the truth."
With court back in order, Elijah cross-examines Matthew and reminds him that it was his own poor judgment that put him in the wheelchair in the first place!
After Todd snatches the file on Tea from Blair at Capricorn, Blair's forced to admit that she's investigating Tea - and Todd wants to know why! "She has a secret," Blair states. "And I'm going to find out what it is." Todd patronizes Blair then suggests that she's snooping into Tea's past because she's jealous that he's building a life with her! Blair moves in close, says, "I'm not jealous, because I can have you anytime I want," kisses Todd then bites his cheek for making her prove it! Todd pulls away and makes it clear that he wants nothing to do with her - or the papers in Blair's file on Tea - but Blair taunts, "You do want to know what Tea's secret is." When Blair tempts Todd to tear up the papers, if he doesn't care what Tea's been up to since he left her on the island, Todd rips them up, tells her to let it go then says, "Get a life!" After Todd leaves, Blair calls Rex and asks for another copy of Tea's file!
Outside of Rodi's, Rex demands that Schuyler stay away from Gigi, but Gigi and Schuyler inform him that they were hugging goodbye. Rex stakes his claim on Gigi, which infuriates her, as Schuyler explains that they were ending their friendship to make things easier for him and Gigi to get their life back. "You have this amazing girl," Schuyler says. "If you don't realize that then you're a jacka…" Gigi tells Schuyler that he doesn't have to say goodbye, but Schuyler again reminds Rex to appreciate her then leaves - and Gigi wonders if she and Rex will ever be okay again… Gigi stomps back into the bar.
Rex follows Gigi inside, and they hash out their issues then agree not to let anyone knock down the wall they've recently recreated around their family.
As Greg and Rachel draw their boundaries at the rehab center, both agreeing that they aren't attracted to each other, Greg claims she's not his type anyway, which Rachel takes offense to - and gives Greg an ego stomp!
Talk of Matthew comes up, and Rachel and Greg start arguing again - until Schuyler shows up. Greg leaves, and Schuyler admits to Rachel that he gave Gigi up, cold turkey, and he doesn't know how he's going to get through the withdrawals. Though Schuyler thinks he could be good for Gigi, Rachel reminds him that sometimes it's the good things that can be bad for you.
Still at the loft, Stacy takes a test and learns that she's ovulating - and Kim names off Fish, Schuyler and Kyle then says, "Which lucky guy gets to be your baby daddy?" Stacy thinks Schuyler will be too much work then places a call…
Fish eyes Kyle talking to Nick at the gym and watches as Kyle gives Nick his number - so they can meet up for coffee later. Suddenly, Kyle gets a call from Stacy and heads out to meet her - but not before blowing off Fish, who asks if he's okay! After Kyle calmly walks away, Fish thinks back to their kiss.
Following Nick into the locker room, Fish suggests that he stay away from Kyle. Fish makes it clear that he's not gay but warns Nick that Kyle's been in trouble with the law. Nick thanks him for the heads-up but makes it clear that he'll determine what's right for him himself.
Kim helps Stacy get dolled up then hides when Kyle arrives at the loft. Though Kyle thinks she wants her money back, Stacy assures him she only wants to thank him for helping her - and that she can't get him out of her mind. However, as Stacy kisses him, Kyle pushes her away and before Kyle can explain, Kim appears and suggests they have a threesome - but Kyle snaps, "I'm gay!" Stacy reminds him of how he flirted with her in the past, leaving Kyle saying, "My people flirt too!" Kyle tells them to count him out of whatever they're up to then leaves - and leaves Kim and Stacy going back to their list.
Back at the gym, Fish overhears Nick take a call from Kyle - and watches as Nick leaves to meet him - then Fish takes a call of his own - from Stacy!
