Actor updates from May 8 - 14: has some new details on what's been going on in the careers of the current and former "One Life To Live" actors. Dan Gauthier's BFF title change and Daytime status: reported last November that Dan Gauthier (ex-Kevin Buchanan) would be playing David in the upcoming film "BFFs." Since then the film's title has been changed to "Heads We Do." In other news… Rumors were swirling that Gauthier would be heading to "The Bold And The Beautiful." However, the network has denied this rumor.

Farah Fath in Non-Stop:
It's been a while since we last saw Farah Fath, and now the former Llanview actress (ex-Gigi Morasco) has a new gig. Fath will play Ellen in the upcoming sci-fi thriller "Non-Stop." Shooting for the film began on April 10, which stars Lacey Chabert ("Party Of Five") and Drew Seeley (ex-Andrew, "Guiding Light"). Stay tuned for a release date and what happens after a commercial flight is abducted by an alien aircraft.

Catherine Hickland at the West Virginia State Fair:
Catherine Hickland (ex-Lindsay Rappaport) will be taking her hypnosis show to the West Virginia State Fair at 891 Maplewood Avenue in Fairlea, West Virginia from August 9 to 17. Call 1-304-645-1090 or visit the West Virginia State Fair for her schedule and ticket information.

Lisby Larson and Claire Baxter in Burning Blue:
Lisby Larson, who appeared in 2006 as John and Michael McBain's mother Eve, will appear in a new film with another past Llanview actress. In "Burning Blue" Larson will turn up as a friend of Grace's, played by Haviland Morris (ex-Claire Baxter, 2001 to 2003). The story follows two Navy fighter pilots whose lives and careers are thrown into disarray as a result of a forbidden relationship.

Bree Williamson and David A. Gregory's Deception canceled:
Fans who were hoping to see Bree Williamson (ex-Jessica Brennan) and David A. Gregory (ex-Robert Ford) turn up in next season's "Deception" won't get their wish. NBC has cancelled the series.

Terrell Tilford returns to Single Ladies:
Terrell Tilford may not be returning to the reboot as Dr. Greg Evans, but the actor still has some things on the go. He's currently filming for his role as Sean Clarke for season three of VH1's "Single Ladies." Stay tuned for the show's 2013 premiere date.

Melissa Fumero's Brooklyn Nine-Nine pilot pick-up:
Melissa Fumero's (ex-Adrianna Cramer) pilot "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" was picked up by FOX. A full season of the new comedy will debut this fall and will focus on a detective (Andy Samberg, "Saturday Night Live") who's labeled the black sheep amongst his co-workers and is forced to respect his badge or lose his job. Stay tuned for the premiere date, and watch Fumero as Amy Tuesdays at 8:30 PM.

More One Life To Live Friday video:
Hear what Melissa Archer (Natalie Banks) and Corbin Bleu (Jeffrey King) had to say about their characters in last Friday's More "One Life To Live." Trevor St. John's Finding Normal air dates:
Back in January reported details for (Victor Lord) Trevor St. John's film Finding Normal. Tune in to GMC TV on Saturday May 18 and Sunday May 19 for the film's premiere where the actor will appear as Lucas Craig. The romantic and inspirational film stars Candace Cameron Bure ("Full House") as Dr. Lisa Leland, a big city surgeon who is forced to serve community service in the small town of Normal. Please check your local listings and watch the behind the scenes video below.

Robert Gorrie on Matthew Buchanan:
Before the reboot Robert Gorrie talked with NBC's WNWO station on what's ahead for his character, Matthew Buchanan, as well as the soap's online move. The actor began by saying, "You're going to see my character grow into the role of being a father."

Tika Sumpter in The Haves And The Have Nots:
Tika Sumpter (ex-Layla Williamson) has landed yet another role since leaving Llanview behind. She'll appear as Candace Young in Tyler Perry's "The Haves And The Have Nots." The series premieres on the OWN network on Tuesday May 28 at 9:00 PM.

Lenny Platt's Antisocial film screening:
If you didn't get to catch Lenny Platt's (ex-Nate Salinger) film "Antisocial" at the Florida Film Festival in April those in and around New York City will have the chance to this month. The short film will be screened during the New York International Film Festival, which runs from May 28 through May 30. Visit NY Shorts Fest for further details.

One Life To Live actor fun fact:
Back in 1994 the actor who played the dual role of Troy/Colin MacIver on and off from 2001 to 2012 won Pennsylvania's Mr. Natural bodybuilding title. Ty Treadway also did some modeling and landed on the cover of GQ magazine. Prior to that, and to his acting career, Treadway practiced as an accountant and computer engineer in New Jersey.
