One Life To Live Flashback Friday Videos: Tina's Wedding Slipup image

"I meant would I take Thee Max." (Soaps.com)

"I Tina take Thee Cord."

In this week's "One Life To Live" flashback Friday Soaps.com takes readers back to the late 1980s when Tina Roberts had one of the biggest 'Did I say that?' moments. It all started when…

Max Holden was paid heavily by Cord's mother to take a pregnant Tina to Argentina. Cord couldn't let Tina go and followed her there, only to believe that Tina had died after a fatal fall down the Iguazu Falls. Tina, who'd survived, thought she lost her son during the fall as well. It wasn't until she met Gabrielle Medina - a woman who had Max’s child - when Tina came up with a plan. Tina convinced Gabrielle to allow her to raise her baby by saying she and Max were happily married. When she returned to Llanview and tried to pawn the baby off as Cord's, his mother learned the truth. She forced Tina to leave Cord for good.

Max became Tina's savior when he found out her son hadn't died and was alive and living with Max's enemy, Rolo. After Tina's son CJ was rescued and brought home to Llanview, Tina fell in love with and planned to marry Max. Their wedding day came, and that's when Tina professed, "I Tina take Thee Cord," instead of Max!

Take a look back at what led Tina to say Cord's name instead of Max's before a crowd of people at their wedding through this flashback Friday video…
