Two former "One Life To Live" actresses, Melissa Fumero (ex-Adriana Cramer) and Saundra Santiago (ex-Carlotta Vega), will be starring in "The House That Jack Built." The screenplay, by late filmmaker Joseph B. Vasquez, has just gone into production under Director Henry Barrial.
The film focuses on a pot dealer, played by "Guiding Light's" E.J. Bonilla (ex-Rafe Rivera), who purchases a Bronx building to house his extended family. However, crisis surrounding his family, and the sudden appearance of old business associates, could very well ruin his dreams. Other actors cast include Broadway actress Rosal Colon, John Herrera ("One Life To Live's" ex-Reverend Dennis), Leo Minaya ("Morgan") and Flor de Liz Perez ("The Good Wife").
Fumero took over the role of Llanview's Adriana in 2004 from Amanda Cortinas and continued on until 2011. She has since appeared in a 2011 episode of "Royal Pains" as Brooke. Santiago stepped into the role of Carlotta, previously played by Patricia Mauceri, in 2009 and last appeared in 2011. That same year she appeared on "Person Of Interest" as Patti D'Agostino and has just finished filming the made for television movie "Meddling Mom."
