Hayley does her best to help Roy face his painful past on "Coronation Street." Ray has to make a life altering choice on "EastEnders." Charity gives Debbie a warning but that doesn't stop her from going on a date on "Emmerdale." Esther has to deliver a baby on "Hollyoaks." The blame starts to fall on Kyle over the upset with the Braxton crew on "Home and Away." And there is an eclipse on "Neighbours."
Spoiler alert: Gary's having a hard time keeping what's been going on under wraps. Tommy keeps shooting him daggers and Ryan isn't far behind. With all of the upset that Gary has caused with his wandering lips, Tina starts to worry about what will happen to the baby. Gary gets desperate to do some damage control.
Carla starts to realize that bringing her brother in to work at the bookies might not have been so bright. Peter and Rob furiously battle for control with Tracy stirring things up in the middle. It's not long before Carla realizes things are worse than she thought.
Spoiler alert: Things are tense between Phil and Sharon. She's been keeping secrets and he doesn't like it, especially when he finds out what a mess it has landed Lexi in. He's desperate to help Lola get her back, but his help could wind up costing her as the court hearing winds down.
Tanya is optimistic that things might be getting back on track for Lauren after she gives her a talking-to. Those hopes soon fizzle as Lauren's drunken shenanigans get out of hand. And Jack and Max team up to try and help Kirsty when someone from her past rears their head again following a series of threats.
Spoiler alert: Overcome with craving, Rhona gets so desperate that she even disgusts herself. Vanessa tries to help her but it takes a while for her to get through. Later, Vanessa tries keeping tabs on the troubled woman, which only riles Rhona up. Once she calms down, she does her best to keep Vanessa in her corner to keep things quiet.
Cameron and Gennie have to spend some time together. If that isn't unpleasant enough, he still has a body to deal with. When work begins where the body is buried, he starts preparing to move it. Chas can't help but notice that he's more frazzled than usual and he gets nasty in a bid to keep her away from what he's hiding.
Spoiler alert: Things get grim at Price Slice as Robbie robs the place with a little help from Finn. Callum refuses to help since a gun's involved. The robbery quickly becomes a disaster. Pregnant Sinead is on duty and Darren wanders in with his baby. Pretty soon, Callum runs in to end the robbery and shots are fired. It's not long before Sinead discovers that her brother was involved in the disastrous caper. She's so upset she ends up going into labor in a random burned out car.
Gillian Taylforth has joined the cast of "Hollyoaks." The actress will be playing the role of Sandy Roscoe. She will be familiar to soap audiences from playing Jackie Pascoe-Webb on "EastEnders" from 1985-2000. Since then, she has starred on "Footballer's Wives" and done a handful of guest spots on different shows. Her first scenes air on May 23. Spoiler alert: Bianca finally admits that she doesn't want another baby. Heath decides to stay with her anyway. Meanwhile, Rosie decides to keep her baby and Spencer is supportive, but makes it clear that he only wants them to be friends.
Indi gets so desperate to find Romeo that she turns to Chris for help. When that isn't stunningly successful, she decides to hire a private investigator. And Dex is shocked by what the board decides when they complete their review.
Spoiler alert: The past comes back to haunt Lauren and Kate. One of Lauren's former lovers is now her neighbor and Matt soon gets the gory details of her life with Brad. Meanwhile, Kate spots something a lot harder to explain or come to terms with.
The community bands together when baby Patrick vanishes. As everyone searches for the child, Kyle looks directly at the sun and ends up damaging his eyes. He tries to deal with losing his sight, but quickly demonstrates that he can't handle not being independent.
