Isn't killing Katherine some sort of...

Postby swantje » Fri May 10, 2013 12:30 pm

...suizide, or even murder of Stephan and Damon? AFAIR it was KATHRINE who created those two vampires and if you kill the one who did so, you yourself die. I can understand that Elena is hell-bent on revenge and wants her to pay for everything she did, but I miss the smart Elena!!! :~ She would find a way to make Katherine pay without killing her.

It only kills the entire line IF you kill an "original". For example, that is why Jeremy when after Kol instead of continueing to kill off the other vampires one by one. Hope that clears it up for you :)

Many speculate that Katherine will die at the end of the season four. I am thinking that if she does, it will be at the hand of Kol because he is after Elena and he will kill Katherine thinking that he is killing Elena.
