Back to hot and humid here..... we just can't get fall to stick around. :( I'm so sick of the heat.

Hey, JD! :D I know how you feel. Not only did we have weeks of heat, but smoke and ash as well. Our hardworking firefighters finally got the fire under control though. Right now we are getting my favorite weather...warm days and cool nights. Hope this good weather is headed your way soon.

So glad the fires are under control.... that always look so scary on the news!

I hope it's coming this way too. We are getting spurts of it here are there, but it just won't last.

Thanks, JD! We've got some good weather going here for Halloween. It is misty and foggy. Quite mysterious! 8-)

That sounds awesome! Much better than bright, sunshiny day. Feels like June. :|

Hey, neighbors! Hope you are all doing well this Friday. We are getting pounding rain and wind here! But we really need the rain so...it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. :D

JD, if you're around, just wanted to say hi and suggest that you might want to give GH a try again. I think it's been improving the last couple weeks. Better balance and less Sonny! 8-)

Hey there! Every once in a while I'll tune in when I happen to be home when it airs, but that's not very often. The one day I tried last week, it was pre-empted? I'd like to see more of Valentine, but if Lulu's whiney arse is involved in his story too much.... I'm not sure I want to see that either? :? I'll try to tune in some this week and see how it goes. Thanks for trying to bring me back! I do miss posting with you and many others. 8-)

Well, I understand JD. I've gone through long periods where I didn't watch GH much. The last year I've been watching Days more than GH and enjoying it for the most part. Just read that Ron C. is going to Days as head writer. Interested to see what he does over there. I like his style of soap writing. The production on Days is six months in advance though so their viewers have to be really patient with changes, lol.

Have not been a fan of Jelly's writing but I do think the show has improved lately. The stories and characters have a better balance now so we are getting a mix of romance, intrigue, drama. The editing has improved and stories are moving along. The performances are good. GH has some very fine actors. The only thing I am ff'ing at the moment is Sonny and cohorts. Same old stuff there.
