I am detesting this story line as there are so many children of current and past characters who could be brought back and furnished with a story line.

Philip was Jill's son. His father was Katherine's husband. Philip was killed while driving DUI.

Could be, but I think he may be too young. This "new" Phillip or "real" Phillip or whoever we are to believe, would have to be older. It would be fun to if someone who has access to the archives could see the actual year the Phillip was born. I remember it, but can't recall when.

I think when I started watching that Philip was like maybe 7 or 8 and that was in 1979. I don't know how old the prof is but I have figured him to be late 20's or maybe 30.
