Infection....

D is in ICU, but no one wears masks or gowns, the visitors are not limited, and his spleen is missing.

Now.......infection was inevitable!

GC Memorial has a revolving door policy in the ICU. No infection control policy what so ever. It's a wonder anyone comes out alive.

Dylan looks like he is napping. If he is so sick and at death's door, why don't the make up dept put some dark color under his eyes or something? ?)

Surgery in any hospital brings a huge risk of infection. Sepsis is bad and probably occurred during surgery.

Infections don't show up as soon as you wake up from the surgery. It takes a few days. He must of had an infection when he went into surgery. Remember he just walked down the hall and went into surgery...I wish these writers would do some research
