Quote Casse2go: Even though he was deflecting attention from himself, I whole-heartedly approve of Daniels informing Lily about Niel's drinking. Would you guys rather see her find out one night when a cop knocks on the door and says, "I regret to inform you..."
I detest this entire storyline. From the moment Daniel repaired Amber's tire I saw trouble coming for Lily and Daniel.
As a side note: This goes to prove how it matters not what you have at home, you are still susceptible to straying. Do you guys wonder why Halle Berry has been married more than once. Not to mention beaten and cheated on.
These two fought all kinds of odds to be together and now look at them. I don't however, think he has finished with this obsession. His turnabout isn't complete if he can't be honest enough to say, Amber got me into this stuff.
Daniel should have told Lilly the first
time he found Neil drinking
, not wait till she caught him "with his pants down
" so to speak, and doing it to avert the blame that was due him. ~) I lost all respect for the character when he did this >(
Daniel is making things worse for himself by not being truthful. By continuing to lie about everything, and not being truthful to Lilly he is making his own bed. He needs to just come clean, and tell it all. JMO 3)
I dont like this story line either, but it is a real issue in todays society. It can get much worse than they can portray in daytime. ;)
