Tionne, that comment from your husband made me laugh.

When that Access Hollywood tape came out with Trump admitting he sexually assaulted women, that witch came to his defense saying she had been alone with him on many occasions and he's never assaulted her. This shows, IMO, she has not only lost touch with reality but also with her mirror; and just because a man doesn't sexually assault one woman, doesn't mean he didn't do it to other women.

Exactly. Kelly had is so ridiculous. Roger Ailes didn't sexually discriminate against Greta Van Susteren either. This Thread is out of the margins on my phone so I can't check my spelling anything.

Trump has asked comedian/talk and game show host, Steve Harvey to assist Ben Carson on fixing Housing and the inner cities. I am angry with Steve for letting himself be used in this way. Trump does not meet with black leaders from congress, governors, mayors or anyone who might truly be knowledgeable or qualified to create positive change. While I admire Mr. Harvey's work with youth and his ability to overcome obstacles from his past life, I do not think he is qualified to offer any solutions. Ben Carson even said his only experience with housing was from living in the inner city and treating patients from there. He has admitted he's not qualified so now we have a comedian chosen to assist him. I notice that Trump picks people like Kanye West and Don King as examples of positive black Americans. It is insulting and I'm not sure why people are mislead by this tactic. It just shows that Trump thinks of black Americans as entertainers and nothing more. Plus, I'm tired of him referring to the inner cities as the only section of society where minorities live. On top of that, he describes those areas as hell holes. This man is such a racist and I'm puzzled that so many don't recognize it and so many do but don't care. I hope Steve Harvey comes to his senses. Or, maybe he sees this as an opportunity to expand his fan base and that he's got his original fan group in his pocket. This might become a problem because some of his fans are trashing him on Twitter and elsewhere.

Now, Trump is ranting over John Lewis, a distinguished civil rights champion, successful congressman and good family man. Mr. Lewis said Trump is an illegitimate president because of the Russian influence and I think he is totally correct in his opinion. Ironically, some of Trump's supporters are coming out to say nobody ever challenged Barack Obama as being an illegitimate president. Last time I checked, 20 congress people were refusing to attend the inauguration.

Trump tried to delegitimize Barack Obama as President of the United States, spewing and perpetuating his lie that the President was not born in the US.

Now, Trump, who is only the Elect because he had help from a foreign dictator, wants to be accepted as legitimate after he denounced President Obama for 8 years. What Trump legitimately is is a misogynist, a bully, a racist, an egomaniac, a traitor, someone who assaults women, a pathological liar, and a buffoon. I agree completely with Congressman Lewis. Trump is not legitimate and I applaud Congressman Lewis for skipping the inauguration for this fraud, this fake. Trump's presidential win is fake, he's a fake billionaire, his words and news are fake, his university was fake, his charitable foundation was fake, and his promises are fake,

Great Post, and I agree with you completely. At least Jennifer Holliday decided not to show up for that inauguration travesty.

Now Trump is saying Congressman Lewis should be working with him to fix the inner cities. I'll bet that resonates with the Trump supporters because they think it makes Trump look good and Lewis look bad. I'm sure Congressman Lewis is happy to do all he can for inner cities. He can do it without supporting an illegitimate President. The illegitimate President would need to support Lewis and supply Lewis with the funds and authority necessary to succeed. Not the other way around. Why didn't Trump appoint Congressman Lewis Secretary of Housing and Urban development instead of someone with no experience is what I'd like answered.

Hi Happens. You make some great points! In my book, nothing can make Trump look good after what he's done and said, and the way he conducted his campaign. He was and still is an embarrassment. Congressman Lewis' track record speaks for itself; so, IMO, he doesn't have to worry about how he looks. With Trump, EVERYTHING is always about him and his massive, over-inflated ego. Neither Carson nor Trump are qualified for their positions, and it seems quite a few of his other nominees don't even believe in the departments they are nominated to head. Rick Perry, Trump's Commerce pick, said the Commerce Dept. is one of 3 departments he would abolish if he became president. I'm waiting on Perry to suggest to Trump that he abolish the Commerce Department. That will happen when hell freezes over.

My take on why Trump didn't appoint Congressman Lewis for the position he nominated Carson for is because Lewis has too much integrity and isn't part of Trump's swamp that he's draining and bringing to the White House.
