Jamie Dornan cast as Christian Grey in Fifty Shades Of Grey.
Actor Jamie Dornan will replace Charlie Hunnam ("Sons Of Anarchy") to play the lead role of Christian Grey in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" films, based off the novels by E.L. James. Dornan plays Sheriff Graham/The Huntsman in ABC's "Once Upon A Time," as well as Paul Spector in "The Fall."
Mischa Barton's breakdown.
Actress Mischa Barton, best known for her role as Marissa on "The O.C.," recently opened up to People about her 'full-on breakdown' after her hard-partying lifestyle caught up to her. Her parents attempted to intervene and she ended up in Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre's psychiatric ward on a 5150 hold, similar to another troubled actress, Amanda Bynes, Barton has just completed filming of a TV pilot called "The Gutsy Frog."
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are engaged.
Rapper Kanye West rented out San Francisco's AT&T Park the evening of Monday October 21, Kim Kardashian's ("Keeping Up With The Kardashians") birthday, and used the jumbotron to pop the question. Gathered to witness the proposal were Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, sisters Khloe and Kourtney, and friend Jonathan Cheban. Kardashian let her followers in on her answer with the following tweet:
CeeLo Green facing jail time.
"The Voice's" CeeLo Green is facing up to four years in prison due to charges stemming from a dinner date during which a woman alleges he put the drug Ecstasy in her drink. Watch the video clip for all of the details:
Kelly Clarkson is married.
Grammy-winning singer, Kelly Clarkson, who got her start as the first winner of American Idol, married her fiance, Brandon Blackstock, over the weekend in Tennessee. Check out Mrs. Blackstock's wedding tweet in which she shows off her lacy dress:

Pauly D is a dad.
"Jersey Shore" reality star, Paul 'Pauly D' Delvecchio recently learned that he had fathered a baby girl. TMZ reported that the mother of the child is a New Jersey native whom Delvecchio met in Las Vegas while he was there for a gig. A DNA test reportedly confirmed the paternity of the girl, who is a few months old and lives with her mother. "Jersey Shore's" Ronnie Magro tweeted enthusiastic congratulations after the news broke:
Austin Mahone postpones tour.
Young up-and-coming singer, Austin Mahone, was forced to postpone his planned tour after he wound up in hospital being treated for a fever and dehydration and learned he had a blood clot in his throat. His mother tweeted the bad news to his fans on Twitter:

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard wed.
Kristen Bell ("House Of Lies," "Veronica Mars") and Dax Shepard ("Parenthood," "Employee Of The Month") wed in a courthouse ceremony on October 16. The couple waited to wed until after same-sex marriages were made legal. Bell tweeted to her new husband:

Tom Welling's wife files divorce papers.
Former "Smallville" star, Tom Welling ("Parkland," "Cheaper By The Dozen"), was served with divorce papers by his wife of 10 years recently. According to People, Jamie White Welling cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split. She claimed in court papers that they have been apart since December 2012. The couple has no children.
Boy Meets World stars marry on the same weekend.
Former "Boy Meets World" and now "Girl Meets World" stars Rider Strong (Shawn) and Danielle Fishel (Topanga) got married on the weekend of October 19 and 20, but not to each other! Fishel wed Tim Belusko in Los Angeles on Saturday October 19, while Strong tied the knot with Alexandra Barreto the following day. Strong admitted to People that some of the "Boy Meets World" cast, including Ben Savage (Cory), missed his ceremony because he mistakenly booked his nuptials on the same weekend Fishel had already chosen.
Paul Hogan and wife split-up.
"Crocodile Dundee" star Paul Hogan and his wife, Linda, who met while making the popular movie, are divorcing after 23 years of marriage due to irreconcilable differences. The split is said to be amiable and court documents obtained by E! News show that Hogan's wife is seeking custody of their son, Chance, age 15. This will be Hogan's third divorce.
Ed Lauter dead at 74.
Veteran character actor, Ed Lauter ("Born On The Fourth Of July," "The Longest Yard," "Revenge Of The Nerds 2") passed away on Wednesday October 16 and is survived by his wife, Mia, and four children. Lauter died from mesothelioma, a rare type of cancer often contracted from exposure to asbestos.
Jonas Brothers cancel tour.
Apparently conflict amongst the Jonas Brothers has caused them to cancel their Fall tour just days before it was scheduled to begin. A spokesperson for the group told People that there is a 'deep rift' and a 'big disagreement' with regard to the band's musical direction. Nick reached out to fans with a brief post on Twitter:
Justin Bieber and the stripper.
After receiving a visit from Justin Bieber and boxer Floyd Mayweather at Houston strip club VLive on Saturday October 19, the stripper who gave Bieber a private dance took to Twitter with a series of excited tweets about the experience. While this earned her some hate from Bieber's followers, she also wound up with a pile of cash. She tweeted this photo:
Lindsay Lohan off the wagon?
A photo posted by TMZ that shows Lindsay Lohan seemingly reaching for a bottle of red wine has sparked speculation about her sobriety. There were no photos of Lohan holding the bottle or drinking alcohol. It was also reported that Lohan sent her sobriety coach, who had been staying with her in New York following rehab, back to the west coast.
