Mary Lynn Rajskub ("Arrested Development"), who played "24's" Chloe O'Brian from 2003 to 2010, will bring her character back for FOX's special twelve episode series in May 2014.

The network announced at this year's Upfront Presentation that it plans to split the seasons of some of its popular shows in a way to avoid few or no repeats when the shows return for the second half of their seasons in 2014. Here are the spring return dates, following the shows' winter finales…

Laura Bell Bundy ("Guiding Light's" ex-Marah Shayne Lewis, "Hart Of Dixie") has landed a regular role as a psychologist named Dr. Jordan Denby on Charlie Sheen's FX series. Tune in Thursdays at 9:30 PM.
On Wednesday August 14 at 8:00 PM the CW will air a repeat of its March 20, 2013 episode titled "The Huntress Returns."
Joshua Bitton ("Vegas") has landed a multi-episode arc to play Detective Grant 'Sully' Sullivan during season six. Also, get the details for Antonio Sabato Jr. on Castle and find out how he'll fit in on the ABC series' Monday September 23 10:00 PM return.
Renewed! The SyFy series will air its season two finale on Friday August 30 at 10:00 PM. Fans will be able to see more of the drama after that, as the network as green-lighted the show for season three.
In Sunday's August 11 9:00 PM Showtime episode titled "Dress Code" Dexter's on the hunt to find out why Hannah is back and takes someone under his wings in order to teach them 'the code'.
Drop Dead Diva:
Trevor Donovan ("90210," "DOOL's" ex-Jeremy Horton) has landed a guest starring role as Keith on the Lifetime series. Look for his character to appear in the summer finale on Sunday August 11 at 9:00 PM. The series will then resume with new episodes at 9:00 PM on Sunday October 6.

On Monday August 12 at 8:00 PM the CW will air a repeat of its February 19, 2013 episode titled "The Gambler." In casting news… Antoinette Robertson ("Zero Hour") has been cast to play Lavon's cousin Lynly sometime during season three. Josh Cooke ("Dexter") will appear in a recurring role as a New Yorker, new to Bluebell. Tune in Monday October 7 at 8:00 PM.
Oliver Hudson ("Rules Of Engagement," "Grown Ups 2") has landed a recurring role as Rayn's (Connie Britton) love interest. Season two returns at 10:00 PM on Wednesday September 25.
Leslie Hope ("Revolution") will appear in season eleven's episode two titled "Past, Present, Future" as Sarah Porter. Tune in to CBS at 8:00 PM on Tuesday September 24 for the season premiere.
Tyson Ritter (singer for the All American Rejects), a relative of the late Jack Ritter ("Three's Company"), will appear as Oliver Rome in a recurring capacity for season five of the NBC series. Tune in when the show returns at 10:00 PM on Thursday September 26.

Fans of the Hampton-based ABC series are in for a treat with the upcoming novel by show writer Jesse Lasky titled "Schooled In Revenge." The novel is said to be filled with background secrets from the show and follows Ava Winters, who sets out to become strong enough to take revenge. Tahmoh Penikett ("Continuum") will first appear in the season nine premiere of the CW series as Ezekiel. His multi-episode arc begins at 9:00 PM on Tuesday October 8. For now, on Wednesday August 14 at 9:00 PM the network will air a repeat of its November 7, 2012 episode titled "Southern Comfort."
Sam Underwood ("Dexter") has landed a regular role as Luke on the FOX series. Look for season two to return sometime in the beginning of 2014.
In HBO's Sunday August 11 10:00 PM episode titled "News Night With Will McAvoy" a phone call and a Twitter post distracts Will during his telecast. A longtime friend visits Charlie in regards to Operation Genoa. Sloan's humiliation quickly turns to rage after a revenge posting, and the newsroom dissects fact from fiction.
"All My Children" alum Shannon Kane (ex-Natalia Fowler) will play a recurring role as the leader of a witch group named Sabine in the new "The Vampire Diaries" spin-off series. Though the CW series premieres at 9:00 PM on Thursday October 3, it will then air at 8:00 PM on Tuesdays.
It appears Ellen DeGeneres "The Ellen Show" will be hosting the 2014 awards show, as she took to Twitter with the announcement.
The Vampire Diaries
Janina Gavankar, who's played "True Blood's" Luna Garza since 2011, will play Tessa in what could be a recurring role. Look for her in episode three of season five, which kicks off at 8:00 PM on Thursday October 3. For now, on Thursday August 15 at 8:00 PM the network will air a repeat of its February 21, 2013 episode titled The Vampire Diaries: Stand By Me.
Season finale! In HBO's Sunday August 18 9:00 PM season finale titled "Radioactive" Jason realizes how it feels to be attracted to a vampire. Sookie thinks about her and Warlow's future. Bill finds that salvation comes at a price, and a new threat arises that could harm both vampires and humans.
