Giudice fraud charges.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple, Teresa and Joe Giudice, were charged in Montville Township, New Jersey, in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Their network, Bravo, elected not to comment to media, however, Teresa released the following statement through the New Jersey Star-Ledger: "Today is a most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me. I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible." Her attorney also told the paper that she will plead not guilty. The couple's first court appearance was Tuesday July 30 and TMZ reported that they each bailed out on a $500,000 bond and had their passports taken away. They must stay in New York/New Jersey, and Joe, who is not a legal US citizen, must submit to drug testing. They are due back in court on August 14.
A birthday and a bus bust for Bieber.
On Saturday July 27, Justin Bieber reportedly took a day away from his tour to drop into a 21st birthday bash for on/off girlfriend, Selena Gomez. The Biebs arrived at the Mediterranean-themed get together in Malibu bearing a single red rose for Gomez, who had been joined by other celeb pals including Jaden Smith, Julianne Hough ("Footloose," "Dancing With The Stars"), Derek Hough ("Dancing With The Stars"), Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries"), and Ashley Benson ("Pretty Little Liars"). US reported that Bieber and Gomez left together holding hands. By the next day, it was back to business as usual for Bieber, which lately, includes a certain amount of mischief. Hot on the heels of allegedly being spotted spitting from his Yorkville hotel room in Toronto on Friday July 26, reports surfaced that one of Bieber's tour buses was busted carrying a small amount of marijuana over the Windsor/Detroit border on Sunday July 28. The 19 year-old singer wasn't present. "CP24" said the bus driver was cited and the bus carried on. Bieber performed his concert as scheduled Sunday night in Detroit.
Lea Michele breaks silence on Cory Monteith.
Actress Lea Michele has kept quiet on social media since the tragic death of Cory Monteith from an alcohol and heroin overdose earlier this month. His on and off screen love has been spending her time grieving along with his family and helping to plan his funeral and memorial services. Michele took to Twitter on July 29 to post the following:

Johnny Depp retiring?
Actor Johnny Depp ("The Lone Ranger," "Pirates of the Caribbean") may have sent millions of women into panic attack mode when he talked about leaving the acting life in an interview with "BBC Breakfast" earlier this week. He said he wouldn't drop out of acting 'any second', but that retirement probably wasn't too far off. Depp is currently slated to appear in "Pirates of the Caribbean 5," which will be released in 2015, as well as several other films in the works.
Jay Z and Beyonce's baby visit.
Kim Kardashian ("Keeping Up With The Kardashians") and her new daughter, North West, received a visit from Jay Z and Beyonce at Kris Jenner's home in California on Sunday July 28, according to US. North's papa, rapper Kanye West, was not present for the visit, as he was away in Milan, Italy.
Evan Rachel Wood has a boy.
Actress Evan Rachel Wood ("The Wrestler," "Thirteen") and husband, Jamie Bell, have welcomed a new baby boy into the world, according to People. Her rep confirmed that parents and child were doing well, but offered no additional details.
"The Voice's" Christina Aguilera caused a bit of a sensation at an NBC press event on Saturday July 27 with her fresh summer look that included a girlish pink mini-dress with a ruffled hem, nude shoes, and very natural looking make-up. The singing superstar's healthy, toned, and well, toned-down appearance is being referred to in the media as a 'makeunder' for the upcoming fifth season.
Aniston on wedding rumors and stripper diet.
Jennifer Aniston ("Wanderlust," "Horrible Bosses," "Friends") took the opportunity while doing press for "We're The Millers," to address various rumors that have circulated regarding her and Justin Theroux's ("Wanderlust," "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle") engagement and wedding plans. The actress told the Associated Press that they are not in any rush to tie the knot; they already feel married. She clarified that they had not yet set any wedding date(s) or postponed or canceled any wedding date(s), and there have been no disagreements over where to get hitched. They wish to find a time to get married when they are both between jobs. In related news, Aniston told "Access Hollywood" that she prepared for her stripper role in "We're The Millers" by sticking to a diet of greens, vegetables, lean proteins and kale.
Alyson Hannigan and hubby plan vow renewal.
Actress Alyson Hannigan ("How I Met Your Mother," "Buffy The Vampire Slayer") and husband, Alexis Denisof ("Angel"), are planning to renew their vows, 10 years after their original ceremony. Hannigan excitedly shared the news on Twitter:

Natasha Henstridge divorcing.
Natasha Henstridge ("The Secret Circle," "Species") has filed for divorce from her husband, Darius Campbell ("Beauty and the Beast"). The pair was married for just two years, but had been a couple for several years before they wed. Henstridge filed on July 23, however the couple has apparently been separated since April. Campbell requested privacy via The Daily Mail.
Paul Wesley and Torrey DeVitto calling it quits.
Also headed to divorce court are Paul Wesley ("The Vampire Diaries") and Torrey DeVitto ("Pretty Little Liars"), who were married back in April of 2011. Wesley told People the split was amicable and they plan to stay friends.
Lady Gaga a bully?
Apparently, a former crew member who toured with Lady Gaga has come out to say that the pop mega-star, who regularly speaks out against bullying, is in fact a bully herself. Watch the video clip for that and more!
Loretta Lynn's daughter dead at 64.
Country superstar Loretta Lynn lost her oldest daughter, Betty Sue Lynn, to complications of emphysema earlier this week. Betty Sue passed away in Waverley, Tennessee, near her mother's ranch, according to People, and is survived by her two daughters and five grandchildren.
