    Soaps.com has a new star-studded HBO film for the week of August 5, and with many shows getting ready to return there's a ton of casting news to share, as well as teasers, renewals, changes to many CW series premiere dates and more in our latest Primetime Dish column…

    American Horror Story: Coven:
    Denis O'Hare ("The Good Wife") will appear in the new chapter of the FX series. Stay tuned for details as they come on his appearance and the show's premiere date.

    Arrow:
    Season return date change! The series will now return on Wednesday October 9 at 8:00 PM. If it's repeats you enjoy, on Wednesday August 7 at 8:00 PM the CW will air a repeat of its February 27, 2013 episode titled "Dead To Rights."

    Beauty And The Beast:
    Season premiere change! The CW will now air the series premiere on Monday October 7 at 9:00 PM.

    Bones:
    Freddie Prinze Jr. ("Robot Chicken") will appear as Danny during the season nine premiere on Monday September 16 on FOX. There is a possibility that Prinze will return for future episodes.

    Castle:
    Warren Christie ("Alphas") and Glenn Morshower ("Revolution," "Dallas") will guest star in the ABC series' upcoming season six. Look for Christie as Brad Parker and Morshower as Michael Reed in episode two. The new season kicks off at 10:00 PM on Monday September 23.

    Clear History:
    On Saturday August 10 at 9:00 PM HBO will air the new film starring Larry David ("Curb Your Enthusiasm"), Jon Hamm ("Mad Men"), Michael Keaton ("30 Rock"), Danny McBride ("Eastbound & Down"), Eva Mendes ("The Place Beyond The Pines"), Amy Ryan ("The Office"), J.B. Smoove ("Coogan Auto"), Bill Hader ("Saturday Night Live"), Philip Baker Hall ("Ruth & Erica") and Kate Hudson ("Glee"). The story surrounds a marketing executive at a start-up electric car company, who gives up 10% of his shares, only to watch a boom that later scores the company millions. After ten years, and a name change, something from the past threatens to ruin his new life.



    Criminal Minds:
    Esai Morales ("Magic City") will appear in the recurring role of FBI Agent Matt Cruz and will first turn up in the third episode of season nine. The CBS series returns at 9:00 PM on Wednesday September 25.

    Dexter:
    In Sunday's August 4 9:00 PM Showtime episode titled " A Little Reflection" Dexter watches over a youth psychopath to decide if he's a candidate for Dexter's table, and a visitor from the past surprises Debra and Dexter.

    Games Of Thrones:
    Indira Varma ("Hunted") has been cast to play Ellaria Sand when season four of the HBO series returns in 2014.

    Hart Of Dixie:
    New premiere date! The CW has changed the series' premiere date to Monday October 7 at 8:00 PM. Kaitlyn Black, who's played Annabeth Nass on and off since 2011, has been bumped up to a series regular during season three. For now, on Monday August 5 at 8:00 PM a repeat of the February 5, 2013 episode titled "Take Me Home, Country Roads" will air.

    Hawaii Five-0:
    Tim Daly ("Private Practice," "Wings") will appear sometime during season four as a Texas Ranger. Though there is no date available, his role could be recurring. Tune in for the CBS series' new timeslot at 9:00 PM on Friday September 27.

    Homeland:
    The Showtime series returns on Sunday September 29 at 9:00 PM. Watch the new trailer for what's ahead in season three.



    Once Upon A Time:
    Rose McIver ("CSI," "Super City") will appear in numerous episodes as Tinker Bell. Tune in to ABC on Sunday September 29 at 8:00 PM.

    Parks And Recreation:
    Rashida Jones, who's played Ann Perkins since 2009, and Rob Lowe, who's played Chris Traeger since 2010, will exit the NBC series come season six. Look for their last scenes during February 2014 sweeps. In other news... Henry Winkler ("Arrested Development," "Happy Days") will guest star in season six of the NBC series as Jean-Ralphio's father. Sam Elliott will also appear sometime this season as Ron Swanson's lookalike. Tune in for its one-hour return at 8:00 PM on Thursday September 26.

    Pretty Little Liars:

    Raising Hope:
    Molly Shannon ("Hannibal," "Enlightened") will play Howdy Market's new owner, Maxime, on a recurring basis during season four, which premieres at 9:00 PM on Friday November 9. Look for Shannon's first appearance in episode four on FOX.

    Reign:
    New series premiere date! The CW's new series will now air on Thursday October 17 at 9:00 PM. As announced at the CW 2013 Summer TCA (Television Critics Association) Executive session, though the series' pilot was shot in Ireland, further scenes will be shot in Toronto.

    Revenge:
    James LeGros ("Girls") has landed a recurring role as a priest during season three, which returns on Sunday September 29 at 9:00 PM. Read our Revenge Recaps to catch up on last season before the new one begins.

    Revolution:
    Nicole Ari Parker ("The Deep End") has landed a recurring role as a secretary named Justine Allenford. The NBC series returns with season two at 8:00 PM on Wednesday September 25.

    Supernatural:
    Premiere date change! The series will air its premiere on Tuesday October 8 at 9:00 PM. For now, on Wednesday August 7 at 9:00 PM the CW will air a repeat of its October 31, 2012 episode titled "Blood Brother." Find out what's to come through the teaser below.



    Switched At Birth:
    Renewed! Fans of the ABC Family series will be happy to hear that the network has green-lighted the show for season three. Look for new episodes in 2014.

    Teen Choice Awards:
    Hosts announced! Soaps.com now has the hosting details for the Sunday August 11 live FOX award show. Tune in at 8:00 PM as Darren Criss ("Glee") and Lucy Hale ("Pretty Little Liars") co-host. Also scheduled to appear include Kerry Washington ("Scandal"), Ian Harding ("PLL"), Janel Parrish ("PLL") and Shay Mitchell ("PLL").

    The Blacklist:
    Parminder Nagra ("Psych") will play Agent Margot Malik, a series regular role. Set to premiere on Monday September 23 at 10:00 PM, the series follows a wanted fugitive who ends up helping the FBI arrest various criminals.

    The Carrie Diaries:
    Premiere date change-up! The CW has change its series premiere to Friday October 25 at 8:00 PM.

    The Mentalist:
    Lauren Stamile ("Burn Notice") will guest star in CBS' Sunday September 29 return episode of season six at 10:00 PM. Look for her to appear as the wife, Madison Yardley, of a murder victim.

    The Newsroom:
    In HBO's Sunday August 4 10:00 PM episode titled "Unintended Consequences" Maggie acts as though she's okay after she returns from Africa with Gary. An on-air interview with Will goes bad, which results in trouble for Neal and Jerry, and Jim takes heat from Mac after landing Hallie a one-on-one.

    The Originals:
    New premiere date! The new CW "Vampire Diaries" spin-off will now premiere on Thursday October 3 at 9:00 PM. Check out the cast pictured above, taken on Monday July 29 at The CW 2013 Summer TCA Session at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, California.

    The Vampire Diaries
    New premiere date! The CW series will return on Thursday October 3 at 8:00 PM. For now, on Thursday August 8 at 8:00 PM the network will air a repeat of its February 14, 2013 episode titled The Vampire Diaries: Down The Rabbit Hole.

    True Blood:
    In HBO's Sunday August 11 9:00 PM episode titled "Life Matters" Sookie doesn't agree with Bill's attempt to ship Warlow away from the faerie plain. Eric plans to inflict serious human damage at vamp camp. Friends and family share their memories of a fallen neighbor in Bon Temps, and Lilith's sirens reach Bill.

    Under The Dome:
    Renewed! CBS has renewed its freshman series for season two. Stephen King, whose novels inspired the series, will write the season opener set to premiere in 2014.
