In this week's Celebrity News, a reality baby is born, a sitcom star is fired, Rihanna hits back, and Hollywood mourns James Gandolfini.
James Gandolfini passes away.
Actor James Gandolfini ("Zero Dark Thirty") has suddenly died at the age of 51. Gandolfini was holidaying in Rome, Italy and was expected to attend the Taormina Film Festival in Sicily later this week when he suffered an apparent heart attack on Wednesday. The actor was most famous for his three-time Emmy-winning role as conflicted mob boss Tony Soprano on HBO's "The Sopranos," however, he held an impressive and varied resumé of performances in movies like "Crimson Tide," "True Romance," "Killing Them Softly," and even co-starred with Steve Burton (Dylan, "Y&R," ex-Jason Morgan, "GH") in "The Last Castle." Gandolfini leaves behind his wife Deborah, and two children, Michael and Lilliana. Hollywood shared their sadness on Twitter.

Kim and Kanye welcome a baby girl!
She may have arrived one month early, but she was certainly on time for Father's Day! Baby Girl Kardashian made her grand entrance into the world on June 15, weighing less than five pounds. Father Kanye West and mother Kim Kardashian ("Keeping Up With The Kardashians") are said to be thrilled as mother and child continue to convalesce at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. Sources say that Kardashian and West are close to naming their little bundle of joy, as new details emerge about Kardashian's premature labor. According to Us Weekly, Kardashian was admitted to the hospital the night before with medical complications and went into premature labor. With the baby in distress, Kardashian delivered her daughter naturally with West, who left his "Yeezus" album listening party, by her side. People magazine reports that the little preemie is in an incubator to regulate her body temperature. Last week, the couple was dogged by rumors that West allegedly cheated on Kardashian with Canadian model Leyla Ghobadi, who reportedly told Star magazine that she and West had a sexual affair before and during Kardashian's pregnancy. Ghobadi edited some of those details this week, telling The Sun newspaper that she and West hooked up in 2011 after meeting backstage at a concert in Montreal – before Kardashian was ever in the picture. Ghobadi alleged that West was a 'playa' and did not trust him. West has denied Ghobadi's allegations from the start.

The Cyruses headed for a divorce.
It turns out that we've been watching the wrong Cyrus. Despite reports that Miley Cyrus and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth ("Hunger Games") were taking a timeout from one another, the couple was recently spotted out on a date night in Los Angeles, CA. Cyrus no doubt needs the moral support after it was revealed earlier this week that her mother, Tish has filed for divorce from her father, Billy Ray Cyrus ("Hannah Montana"), citing irreconcilable differences after 19 years of marriage. She is seeking custody of the youngest of their five children, Noah, and spousal support. Noah Cyrus recently tweeted her request for prayers. This will be the second time in two years that the Cyruses have been headed for a divorce.
Please pray for me and my family. Xxo.— Noah Lindsey Cyrus (@noahcyrus) June 14, 2013
Jennifer and Justin's wedding postponed?
People magazine is reporting that Jennifer Aniston ("Horrible Bosses") and Justin Theroux ("Wanderlust") have postponed their summer wedding. Why? Reportedly because of work! Sources say that Aniston and Theroux are so preoccupied with film commitments and home renovations that there simply just isn't time to fit in a wedding ceremony. Celeb watchers appear to be warding off the bad juju with this second wedding delay, after Aniston reportedly put her wedding on hold back in March. With no new wedding date reportedly set, there's sure to be more nervousness to follow. However, other sources add that this latest change in the nuptial schedule is merely a reality of the couple's busy life and insist that Aniston is looking forward to becoming Mrs. Theroux very soon. Aniston's next film, "We're The Millers" is set for release this August.
Mary J. Blige's money troubles.
Singer Mary J. Blige is reportedly sinking into a financial quagmire as her money troubles continue to multiply. Blige is reportedly being sued for the third time in three years, this time for allegedly cancelling a concert in Dallas, TX so that she could perform with the Rolling Stones in New York. According to TMZ, the lawsuit claim made against Blige and her production company Vivid Entertainment Worldwide is for $145, 000, which was the deposit fee made to Blige a few days before the Dallas concert was to take place. Adding to this latest cash calamity are the federal and state tax evasion charges that Blige is facing, including several defaulted loans.
Rihanna's recent microphone spanking has gone viral. The singer was performing at a concert in the UK when she lost her cool after reportedly being mishandled by a fan who got a little too grabalicious as Rihanna danced alongside concert-goers who had floor seats. In the video footage, the fan appears to hold on to Rihanna's arm so tightly that the singer stopped singing long enough to take her microphone and smack the fan sharply upside the head, according to reports. Following the concert, Rihanna responded on Twitter to defend her actions. Rihanna also made headlines this week for her YouTube feat. Billboard reports that Rihanna has surpassed teen pop star Justin Bieber as the most viewed artist on YouTube with 3.784 billion views on her VEVO channel.
Amanda Bynes' recovery and recording contract?
Amanda Bynes didn't shy away from the headlines this week as she informed her Twitter followers of her latest rhinoplasty to remove some webbing between her eyes. After vowing to improve her appearance to correct the birth defect and following a hated mug shot taken in New York shortly after Bynes was arrested for marijuana possession and evidence tampering, Bynes is recovering from the recent plastic surgery on her nose – her second in less than two months. Prior to her surgeries, Bynes also took some time out to play the slots at a casino in Atlantic City, NJ where she reportedly got into an altercation with a male fan who wanted to take her picture. According to TMZ, Bynes reportedly lunged at the man, demanding that he delete her images. Last week, Bynes was expected to have signed a record contract with Chinga Chang records whose CEO, Dan Herman, reportedly offered her the chance to record her own hip hop album. Bynes claimed on Twitter that she had not signed a deal with Herman because she reportedly has a bigger offer elsewhere. And while the offer from Chinga Chang appears to still be on the table, the latest rumor was that rapper Wyclef Jean had been roped in to collaborate with Bynes on her rap CD.

More Justin Bieber drama?
It's a small victory for Justin Bieber and a short-lived celebration after the singer was cleared of any wrongdoing earlier this week when a paparazzo found himself pinned between Bieber's white Ferrari and a parked Audi on Sunset Blvd. just outside of the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles, CA. The paparazzo was part of a group of photographers that swarmed Bieber's car on Monday as he and his friend Lil Twist were trying to leave. Los Angeles Police Detectives appeared to have been satisfied with the video footage of the incident showing that the photographer may have already been in the roadway, vindicating Bieber of any hit-and-run charges. Meanwhile, another rapper has reportedly filed a restraining order against Bieber in a bid to keep his 40 million-plus fans from harming him. According to TMZ, rapper Kevin "King Kevi" Pederson has claimed that his life in danger from Bieber fans who have been making death threats against him. Rumor has it that Pederson and Bieber were once friends, but according to Bieber there was no friendship as the two had never even met. Pederson added that the threats against him multiplied when Bieber reportedly decided to tweet Pederson's phone number and address in retaliation for bragging about their fabricated friendship.
The Osbournes back together?
Rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne ("The Talk") are reportedly living together again after the two briefly split following Osbourne's revelation that Ozzy had relapsed into drug and alcohol addiction. According to TMZ, the couple enjoyed an affectionate reunion on June 16 at the Daytime Emmy Awards red carpet, locking lips and happily smiling for photographers. Back in April, Osbourne addressed fans on his Facebook page and confessed that he had been battling his drug and alcohol dependency for a year and a half and that it had taken a toll on his marriage. Shortly after his announcement, Sharon Osbourne was reportedly seen skipping from the family home into the Beverly Hills hotel, before settling into a mansion of her own. The Osbournes have been married for 31 years.
Nigella Lawson moves out.
Television chef Nigella Lawson ("The Taste") has reportedly taken her children and moved out of the family home, according to news agency Wenn. Lawson's husband, Charles Saatchi, an art collector and co-founder of the Saatchi & Saatchi ad agency, has suggested that he encouraged his wife to leave in an attempt to thin out the paparazzi crowd surrounding the couple's house and to diffuse the negative attention over the incident. Lawson and Saatchi have been weathering a domestic abuse scandal ever since pictures emerged in Britain's Sunday People newspaper over the weekend, showing Saatchi with this hands gripping Lawson's throat. In the photos, the couple is seated at a restaurant and Saatchi is seen choking Lawson while she attempted to talk to him. He later left her in tears as he headed to their car, while Lawson dabbed at her face and struggled to regain her composure before sadly heading to the car also. At first, Saatchi claimed that he and Lawson had a playful tiff that sorted itself out before they reached home that night. However, after viewing the images, officers from the Community Safety Unit in Central London felt the need to take things further and issued Saatchi a warning, which he accepted. Saatchi reportedly admitted later that he and Lawson were engaged in an intense debate about their children and that he grabbed her throat to emphasize a point. Lawson has not yet made a complaint.
Brooke Mueller's rehab trade-up?
Hot on the heels of Lindsay Lohan's rehab move to the Cliffside Malibu rehab facility, Charlie Sheen's ("Anger Management") ex-wife Brooke Mueller reportedly and very quietly ditched the Betty Ford Center where Mueller was undergoing treatment for drug and alcohol abuse and checked into a more lenient facility on the coast of Southern California. In a Los Angeles County court on Monday, Mueller was reportedly blasted by the judge, who warned her that her actions had seriously jeopardized any chances of her regaining custody of her two children, Bob and Max, with Sheen. The judge later declared her an unfit mother. Sources say Mueller complained that the Betty Ford Center was too hard and decided to leave early, without telling anyone, including her lawyer. Mueller's children continue to be cared for by Sheen's other ex-wife Denise Richards, with whom he shares two girls, Sam and Lola.
