Lindsay Lohan faces rehab, Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods say it all on Facebook and Beyoncé is the new face of H&M. Plus, check out what all the fuss is about with John Hamm in this week's Celebrity News!
Ryan Gosling to take a break from acting.
If you're a fan of Ryan Gosling ("Gangster Squad"), you'd better start lining up to rent his movies or putting in your order to Netflix from now on. In an interview with AP Entertainment, Gosling declared that he has reportedly decided to chill out for a while to reassess his script choices and give the audience and himself a much needed break from acting. "The more opportunities I'm given, the more I learn about how easy it is to (expletive) it up," Gosling said. "You fight for freedom and then you get it, and then you have enough rope to hang yourself. It's like trying to exercise some restraint because I do have so much freedom." Before he takes his self-imposed break, Gosling will most likely be promoting his upcoming crime drama The Place Beyond the Pines which also stars his girlfriend, Eva Mendes ("Training Day") and Bradley Cooper ("Silver Linings Playbook").
Lindsay Lohan heads to rehab.
If anyone could make headlines behind the healing walls of a rehab center or the suffocating structure that is prison, it would be Lindsay Lohan ("Liz & Dick"). But we've got a few weeks to wait for those headlines since the actress, through her lawyer Mark Heller, has finally agreed to a plea deal on her misdemeanor charge for reckless driving and for lying to police about who was behind the wheel when she crashed her car last June. Lohan, who was reportedly 48 minutes late to the courthouse at the start of her trial on Monday, will be expected to serve 30 days of community service, 90 days of lock-down rehab and 18 months of intense psychological therapy in addition to various fines. While Lohan reportedly looked joyful at the trial's outcome as she posted a photo of herself on Twitter, according to TMZ, the actress could still be facing jail time if the rehab facilities in New York fail to enforce the 'lock-down' – as in no visitors and no leaving the premises – aspect of her sentence. Lohan is expected to start rehab this May.
Bobby Brown heads to his jail shift.
Singer Bobby Brown has turned himself in to Los Angeles police to begin his 55-day prison sentence after being arrested, charged, and convicted with driving under the influence for the third time in October 2012. But TMZ has reportedly learned that the singer was released after serving only nine hours in the slammer due to prison overcrowding. Brown was ordered to turn himself in by March 20 and did so just in time as he was also sentenced to four years' probation and is expected to participate in an 18-month alcohol treatment program.
Hard breakups for Ryan Seacrest and Katy Perry.
We care, we can't help it. Ever since word got out that Ryan Seacrest ("American Idol") and Julianne Hough's ("Safe Haven") nearly three-year relationship came to an end, the entertainment world is wondering why. So-called sources say Seacrest was a workaholic whose multiple producing projects conflicted with Hough's burgeoning acting schedule, while rumors abound that Hough was the wild, partying type with a penchant for alcohol. No matter what the real reason, both Hough and Seacrest are staying mum on the breakup with Hough recently posting inspiring bits of thoughts and photos from her girl-therapy this past weekend and Seacrest getting down to business as usual with his radio show "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" and hosting duties for "American Idol."
Was this news to you? Katy Perry and John Mayer have reportedly parted ways for the second time during their 10-month relationship. A source for US Weekly suggested that the break-up might just be a temporary one as the two sorts through their busy schedules. Perry is reportedly recording her third album while Mayer gets set to tour, following his throat surgery.
Seth McFarlane and beauty Emilia Clarke ("Game Of Thrones") have also reportedly called time on their short six-month union. Both Clarke and McFarlane were said to be struggling with the long distance between them as she filmed Game of Thrones in Europe, while he continued to work in California.
Not all break-ups, but make-ups too.
Five months! It turns out that a five-month vacation from each other was all that Rhea Perlman ("Cheers") and Danny DeVito ("When in Rome") needed to re-evaluate all the reasons they should stay together. Shortly after DeVito and Perlman separated last October, the couple was spotted travelling together in an attempt at a reconciliation. DeVito has maintained that the couple was always trying to work things out and that it just took some time.
M.I.A. sounds off!
One wonders what happened to the good 'ol fashioned diary. Rapper M.I.A., who is no stranger to voicing her opinion in the most public way, is back in the news again – this time for her Twitter tirade against her ex-fiancé Benjamin Bronfman. The couple, who ended their relationship in February 2012, shares a four-year-old son named Ikhyd who M.I.A. fears will we taken away from her by his billionaire father. With her mama bear claws extended, M.I.A. has reportedly admonished, baited and warned Bronfman and his family not to even try it, even as he reportedly filed a petition to prevent her from bringing Ikhyd to the U.K.
Could it be a weird kind of justice for actresses that self-appointed fashion police are calling all kinds of attention to John Hamm's ("Mad Men") so-called clingy wardrobe? Apparently, Hamm's reported penchant for going commando hasn't been lost on the "Mad Men" staff, who reportedly politely asked Hamm to wear underwear while filming his scenes because his package was too distracting without it. So distracting in fact, that his private parts have reportedly been chastely airbrushed for the series' promotional posters. A representative for Hamm has reportedly fired back saying the claims are ridiculous and not funny.
Lil Wayne's near death experience
Okay, so who's crying wolf here? This past weekend, TMZ reportedly had rapper Lil Wayne (real name: Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr.) suffering a seizure, near death, in a medically-induced coma and waiting on last rites, but all that is supposedly untrue. Which part? We're not sure. Reports say, Lil Wayne was in the hospital and was receiving visitors like Nikki Minaj ("American Idol") who was reportedly spotted getting out of a vehicle in front of Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles with a bouquet of balloons. Reports also say that Lil Wayne was knocked out cold on Sizzurp – a combination of soda and prescription-strength cough syrup – when he was reportedly found unconscious on his bathroom floor. Since being released from hospital, the hip-hop star is reportedly on the mend, having tweeted his recovery (and zero plans for rehab) to his followers.

Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods' big announcement.
Golf pro Tiger Woods and Olympic athlete Lindsey Vonn have turned to social media in their bid for privacy as an ordinary couple. Over the last few weeks, Woods and Vonn have reportedly been dating but they finally confirmed their couple status to the world in an official statement on Facebook earlier this week. The script read something like: "We were friends. Now we're not. Please let us be an ordinary couple." Yes, really! Weirdly enough, some news outlets, like Time Magazine have seen fit to remind everyone that Vonn wasn't so eager to enjoy the company of her man when it came out that he was lapping it up with a multitude of mistresses while married to ex-wife Elin Nordegren.
Miley and Liam still k-i-s-s-i-n-g.
Miley Cyrus ("Hannah Montana") and Liam Hemsworth ("Hunger Games") are reportedly trying to work things out and remain engaged as ever, despite Hemsworth's recent jaunt to his native Australia – minus Cyrus. He has since returned to Los Angeles. According to TMZ, the actress/singer tweeted a photo showing proof of her huge and glittering engagement rock while having some fun playing peek-a-boo in a hooded grey and pink-accented onesie.

Kelsey Grammer's bed brawl?
A fight over furniture – specifically a king-sized bed – reportedly brought Kelsey Grammer's ex-wife's assistant over to the actor's Holmby Hills Los Angeles mansion with movers and a list of items that had to be removed. After failing to sell the $16 million home he once shared with his ex-wife Camille ("The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"), Grammer and his new wife Kayte reportedly moved back in. However, the former Mrs. Grammer was determined to steal a good night's sleep out from under the couple, reportedly claiming that the furniture, including the marital bed, belonged to her as stated in their divorce settlement. A source for the New York Post said that Grammer greeted the movers with lots of yelling and demanded that the bed stay where it was.
Beyoncé is the new face of H&M.
She's a fashion icon with a body that most designers would love to dress. Following her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour that is set to kick off on April 15 in Europe, the R&B diva will be seen in various ads and editorial spreads for H&M this May that will reportedly refer to her as 'Mrs. Carter for H&M' to coincide with her world tour.
