This week's Celebrity News reveals a Kardashian talk show in the works, a sad split, a Reality TV star's revenge and baby possibly makes seven?
Ashley Judd and Dario Franchitti separate.
After 12 years of marriage, actress Ashley Judd ("Missing") and her husband, champion Scottish racing driver Dario Franchitti have reportedly decided to go their separate ways but, appear to remain close. A spokesperson for the couple reportedly confirmed to People and US Weekly in a joint statement saying the split was amicable and mutual. "We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We'll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed." Judd and Franchitti share homes in Scotland and outside Franklin, Tennessee where they own a farm. They have no children together.

Ashton Kutcher's job hazard.
A hospital visit two days before filming your next movie could have you questioning whether you still had the job, but not so with actor Ashton Kutcher ("Two and a Half Men") whose dedication to transforming himself into Apple co-founder, the late Steve Jobs actually forced him to seek medical care and probably cemented his commitment to the film. In preparing to play the mobile computing giant, Kutcher reportedly adopted Jobs' alleged fruitarian diet, which saw him eating strictly fruits, nuts and seeds. The new meal plan reportedly wreaked havoc on his pancreas. Speaking to USA Today, Kutcher described the whole experience as "terrifying," explaining that, "First of all, the fruitarian diet can lead to, like, severe issues. I went to the hospital, like, two days before we started shooting the movie. I was, like, doubled over in pain. My pancreas levels were completely out of whack." jOBS made its world premiere last week at the Sundance Film Festival to critical reviews.
Rihanna and Chris - round two.
The 'prize' was Chris Brown, and singer Rihanna is defiantly candid about reclaiming him following his split (or is that pre-split?) from ex-girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran. Featured on the new cover of Rolling Stone magazine, Rihanna talked to the publication about her conscious decision to face the furor from fans, friends and the media and go another few rounds with Brown after reconciling last year, explaining that it was to satisfy the very real feelings they have for each other now that the two have grown up a bit. Apparently, this magnetic pull between the two is so strong that according to Rihanna, "He doesn't have the luxury of f**king up again, that's just not an option." Brown remains on probation for his physical assault on Rihanna in 2009 which took place as they were leaving a pre-Grammy party, plus he's having a hard time leaving the stench of that beating behind. Brown was most recently accused of pounding down on singer Frank Ocean outside a Los Angeles recording studio parking lot.
As Rihanna hits the cover of Rolling Stone, singer Chris Brown's ex Karrueche Tran graces the cover topless for Rolling Out magazine. In her interview, Tran reportedly calls the love triangle between herself, Rihanna and Brown a negative situation that resulted in a lot of media bashing, criticism and misconceptions from people who don't know her. As she gets set to release her new clothing line called The-Kill later this year, Tran also reportedly said that she tried to remain positive despite the many untruths being said about her over the last year.
Reality shows, five cents.
Reality TV – it's the gift that just keeps on giving and right now it probably feels like Christmas for reality star and Kardashian 'momager' Kris Jenner ("Keeping Up with the Kardashians.") Jenner is said to have snagged her own Daytime TV talk show on the FOX Network, joining chat sisters Wendy Williams ("The Wendy Williams Show") and Bethenny Frankel ("Bethenny"). Tentatively titled "Kris," the daily one-hour show will reportedly portray Jenner as a lifestyle expert and will feature celebrity guests, and discuss fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends. Rumor also has it that daughter Kim Kardashian ("Kourtney & Kim Take Miami") and rapper Kanye West's firstborn might be a guest.
Singer Ke$ha is also reportedly preparing to star in her own documentary-style reality series on MTV if her excited tweet is to be believed. Filmed by her brother Lagan Sebert over a two-year period, "Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life" will premiere in April. According to MTV News, the flamboyant and outspoken singer describes "With this documentary series I'm revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like. It's not all glamorous but it's all real."
Bonjour Paris for Natalie Portman.
Actress Natalie Portman ("Black Swan") and her French dancer-choreographer husband Benjamin Millepied will reportedly be shifting residences to Paris, France in just under two years. Millepied will reportedly be taking the helm as the new director of dance at the Paris Opera Ballet starting September 2014. According to the New York Times, Millepied will be replacing the outgoing director Brigitte Lefevre, when she retires for the 2013-2014 season. Portman and Millepied, who met on the set of "Black Swan" in 2009 and got married in June 2011, share a 20-month old son named Aleph.
Reality TV star and scorned ex-wife Brandi Glanville ("Real Housewives of Beverly Hills") is dropping some heavy accusations and a few sordid confessions in her new tell-all book Drinking & Tweeting and other Brandi Blunders. In excerpts of the book, reportedly published in Life&Style magazine, Glanville opened up about her reaction upon discovering ex-husband Eddie Cibrian's ("CSI: Miami," ex-Matt, "Y&R") marital affair with Grammy award-winning country-pop singer and current wife, LeAnn Rimes and, her reported vengefully motivated vaginal rejuvenation surgery that she had billed to Cibrian's credit card. In the excerpts, Glanville allegedly writes, "This pretty intense surgery had an even more intense price tag: $12,000. A brand-new vagina would be an Eddie-free vagina. I decided that since Eddie had ruined my vagina for me, he could pay for a new one. I gave [the doctor's office] Eddie's credit card number." Glanville also reportedly revealed her sexual frustration in the bedroom with Cibrian, which she reportedly blamed on the hair loss drug Propecia, claiming it made him impotent.
Simon Cowell throne of riches.
Entrepreneur, producer and television personality Simon Cowell ("The X-Factor") has been named Britain's Richest Reality Star by Now magazine for the British versions of shows like "Pop Idol," "The X-Factor" and "Britain's Got Talent." The outspoken talent judge tops the reality star rich list at $225 million pounds – the equivalent of just over $356 million U.S., beating out six of his own sensational vocal discoveries including Susan Boyle at $22 million pounds and boy band One Direction at $20 million pounds who made number two and number three on the list. Cowell recently wrapped up the second season of the American version of "The X-Factor," crowning Tate Stevens as the winner of $5 million with new judge pop singer Demi Lovato and outgoing judges pop singer, Britney Spears and record executive L.A. Reid.
Carmine Giovinazzo's polite bust for DUI.
They say that when you drink too much, you're either a happy drunk or a nasty one. According to TMZ, when actor Carmine Giovinazzo ("CSI: NY") was reportedly arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona for driving under the influence last week, he blew the breathalyzer test at .149 – almost twice the legal limit for the state. But what blew cops away was that despite the actor's slurred speech, obvious scent of booze and bloodshot eyes, Giovinazzo was reportedly polite as ever, profusely apologizing after confessing to drinking scotch and thanking the officers for not treating him like a criminal and showing him respect. Giovinazzo recently split from his wife of two years, Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda Barrett Corinthos, "General Hospital").
Jason London's drunken tailspin?
Actor Jason London ("Dazed and Confused") is currently recovering from a bar fight that happened, also in Scottsdale, Arizona. Multiple stories are putting out that a drunken London was in the Martini Ranch bar when he threw the first punch after sneezing on someone and refusing to apologize. London denies the story and insists he's innocent, claiming that he was attacked, unbeknownst to his wife actress Sofia Karstens ("Lovelace") who was in the other room, after he was reportedly accused of hitting on a guy's girlfriend. According to TMZ, London's face showed massive bruising and other obvious signs of a serious fist pounding by the bar's security guards when they reportedly escorted him out. Reports say that when police arrived, London was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct and was put in the back seat of a police cruiser – and that while there, he allegedly defecated in his pants. London is defending himself on Twitter.

Emmylou Harris hit-and-run arrest.
Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter Emmylou Harris may be facing up to six months in jail if convicted for allegedly hitting a vehicle and driving off back in October of last year. According to TMZ, the country singer has been charged with hit-and-run. The incident reportedly happened on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles at around 10:00 PM. Harris, whose lawyers entered a 'not guilty' plea on her behalf earlier this week, was reportedly unaware that she was in or even caused an accident. "[It's a] garden-variety accident that happens every day on the 405," her rep told TMZ.
Sylvester Stallone blackmailed?
RadarOnline is reporting Sylvester Stallone ("The Expendables") was allegedly bullied and blackmailed by his late half-sister, Toni-Ann Filiti over secretly taped recordings detailing his abusive nature towards her over the years. The New York Post's Page Six reportedly obtained the settlement documents describing the payout the action star was reportedly blackmailed into making to Filiti, including a $2 million upfront payment, followed by a monthly stipend of $16,666.66 and $50,000 in medical bills. The tapes have reportedly been destroyed as part of a multimillion-dollar settlement. Stallone has vehemently denied any reports of abuse, and his mother, Jackie Stallone reportedly insists the entire thing was a shakedown and that Stallone was trying to help his sister, who was allegedly addicted to the drug Oxycontin. Filiti's son, Edd is backing his mother's claims, reportedly maintaining that his mother told him of the abuse while she was still in the hospital, prior to her death of lung cancer last year. Check out this sneak peek of Stallone's latest action flick, "Bullet to the Head."
Angelina and Hilaria pregnant?
Tabloid magazine Star is reporting that actress Angelina Jolie ("Salt") is three months pregnant with her seventh child, reportedly a boy, and planning a summer wedding with long-time companion Brad Pitt ("Killing Them Softly," "World War Z") following the Cannes International Film Festival. Sources say Pitt has asked close friends to free up their schedules the week after the festival, sparking rumors that a walk down the aisle is imminent. Pitt's name was recently brought up in connection with way-back-in-the-day former flame, actress Robin Givens ("Head of the Class") in an interview with her ex-husband Mike Tyson on "HuffPost Live." Check it out as Tyson explains about reportedly catching Pitt and Givens together.
Also fielding pregnancy rumors are actor Alec Baldwin ("30 Rock") and his wife Hilaria Thomas. Sources are reportedly suggesting to InTouch magazine that Thomas is only telling close friends and family, however, a rep for the couple is vigorously denying the claims in a statement released via Twitter.
Big sister Lindsay Lohan back to court.
So this week, Lindsay Lohan ("Mean Girls") becomes a big sister after her baby brother Landon was born in Florida to her father Michael Lohan and his fiancée Kate Major. But big sister duty has to stay on hold for now as Lohan battles to stay out of jail for recklessly driving and crashing her vehicle, after facing a judge in Los Angeles earlier this week. Much was reported about the actress's fitted black dress, Christian Louboutin shoes and tired profile – however, much more was said about Lohan's latest tattoo – a red double triangle with some wording in black ink beneath it. Lohan almost didn't make it to her court appearance, reportedly because she was too sick, but make it she did with her mother Dina Lohan in tow, who tried to book herself and her daughter the previous night in the same posh hotel that Lindsay allegedly trashed one of their rooms in 2007. According to TMZ, they were turned away. New rumors are now following Lohan regarding the old problem of her finances. It's been reported that the actress approached singer Lady Gaga for a $50,000 loan after initially turning down her offer to help last year. Reps for Lohan say the story is untrue.
