Smack talk and sucker punches for Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez.
Last week's Thanksgiving holiday brawl between French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry and actor Olivier Martinez ("Unfaithful") exploded in the headlines. The sordid affair continues to unravel after Aubry was arrested, restraining orders were obtained and a photo of a bruised Aubry suffering a black eye and multiple facial cuts publicly surfaced. Martinez didn't exactly escape unscathed as he was later spotted with his right hand in a brace and several fingers were splinted together. A crystal ball might have predicted that the custody feud between Berry and Aubry would reach a boiling point after the "Cloud Atlas" actress was denied permission to move to France with daughter Nahla and fiancé, Martinez. The latest news is that while Berry's order of protection against Aubry ends November 29, according to TMZ Aubry will not be facing criminal charges for the fight despite being the one who reportedly threw the first punch – something he allegedly did not report to police when asked, claiming he was threatened and provoked the day before. However, he does have a possible three-year restraining order hanging over his head when the case goes to court later this month. He is also reportedly seeking to have Martinez banned from seeing Nahla. As for Berry and Martinez's relationship…we think this saga has a few more rounds to go before the church bell dings.

Chris Brown shuts down Twitter account.
R&B singer Chris Brown has retired his Twitter account after reportedly getting into a heated spat with comedian and news producer Jenny Johnson. A back shot, reportedly taken by singer Rihanna of a shirtless Brown lying face down on her bed, was posted on her Twitter account to which Brown reportedly re-tweeted with a comment about looking much older than his youthful 23 years, is said to have been the image and caption that launched his vulgar and explicit tirade against Johnson, who parried back and forth with the singer, after initially calling him a "worthless piece of sh*t" in response to his self-observations – according to a report by "Access Hollywood." Fans of Brown have reportedly made death threats to Johnson in defense of the singer. In the meantime, as Rihanna reportedly fields criticism over her supposed friendship with Brown, she appears to be oblivious to the image's notoriety, after recently posting her own bare back.

    Saying goodbye to J.R. Ewing.
Beloved actor Larry Hagman, most famous for his outstanding performance as J. R. Ewing on "Dallas," the original series from 1978 to 1991 and the 2012 reboot, sadly passed away last week from complications with cancer. By his side were his family, co-stars and best friends Patrick Duffy ("The Bold and the Beautiful") and Linda Gray. Filming for the series' second season was resumed after it was temporarily halted to respectfully honor the late actor – it has been revealed that J.R. will receive a befitting send-off. Hagman's long-term manager Gene Yusem reportedly confirmed that Hagman's ashes will be scattered at the Southfork Ranch in Parker, Texas, where fans have been leaving flowers and notes of condolence since his death on November 23. Hagman was 81 years old. A private memorial is said to be scheduled this weekend. Actress Linda Gray, who played Hagman's onscreen wife, Sue Ellen, recently tweeted her favorite photo of Hagman taken two weeks ago.

Expected loss and unexpected gain for Jessica Simpson.
According to US Weekly, singer/fashion designer/shoe mogul and Weight Watcher's spokesmodel Jessica Simpson recently announced that she and fiancé Eric Johnson are happily expecting a sibling for their daughter Maxwell sometime next year. Simpson has been heavily photographed and complimented lately as she has been out and about looking super slim after having lost 60-pounds of pregnancy weight since delivering Maxwell in April. According to TMZ, who obtained a copy of Simpson's special diet, Simpson jump-started her post-pregnancy weight loss with some healthy shakes followed by calorie-restricted healthy meals. She can probably drop a paperweight on that plan for now since it will be the last thing on her mind over the next few months.

    Minaj (Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com)
    Another American idol behaving badly?
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler better watch his Ps and Qs around sharp-tongued rapper Nicki Minaj. The former "American Idol" judge is full of apology and offering an olive branch after falling into a dispute with the newest "American Idol" judge following his reportedly disparaging remarks on the Mariah/Minaj feud taking precedence over fostering talent. To add insult to injury, Tyler reportedly made the mistake of calling Minaj out on what he perceived was a lack of camaraderie, and willful blindness in recognizing true talent. Tyler noted that Minaj would have passed on Bob Dylan had he auditioned. Minaj rebounded with a furious rant, quickly labeling Tyler a racist.

A seemingly chagrined Tyler reportedly offered a sincere apology to the petite and flamboyant performer on Canada's "eTalk" entertainment news show. Hear Tyler's apology.

Two and a Half Men drama.
Whether it was a performance or not, Angus T. Jones is wolfing down the humble pie after issuing a statement in which he reportedly apologizes for criticizing and disrespecting – among other things – the cast and crew of "Two and a Half Men." Jones, who plays Jake Harper, has been with the show since he was 10 years old. In a bizarre Angus T. Jones video that went viral earlier this week, the actor, seated next to his so-called spiritual adviser, was heard urging fans to cease watching the popular series because it was filth. Jones also reportedly referenced that being on the show made it difficult to stay true to this Christian beliefs. However, former co-star, actor Charlie Sheen ("Anger Management") reportedly wasn't hard-pressed to share his own theory that Jones' mindset was a by-product of "Two and a Half Men" creator Chuck Lorre's oppressive madness and extended Jones a hiring offer for his current show. You may recall Sheen's famous meltdown two years ago where he engaged in some name-calling of his own, before being fired and replaced by actor Ashton Kutcher ("Valentine's Day") on the show. According to TMZ, whether Jones, who reportedly earns $350,000 an episode, will appear for the sitcom's upcoming rehearsals remains unknown.

Mama Jada protects her cub Willow.
Actress Jada Pinkett-Smith is allegedly not-so-quietly stewing over comments that she isn't pulling hard enough on the reins of 12-year-old daughter Willow's self-expression. According to the New York Daily News Pinkett-Smith, who also shares a son with actor Will Smith ("Ali") blasted critics in a letter on her Facebook page over their alleged narrow-mindedness and archaic thinking when it comes to Willow's rights over her "body, mind and spirit." Apparently, when Willow decided to pull a "GI Jane," Pinkett-Smith came under fire for what was perceived as her lackadaisical parental control. The actress shot back saying that Willow's hair length is not reflective of her self-worth and warned other parents away from stifling their children with their own insecurities.

    Baldwin stalker in custody.
Sticking by her claims of a sexual relationship with actor Alec Baldwin ("30 Rock"), French-Canadian actress Genevieve Sabourin was led out of a New York courtroom in handcuffs after a judge found her in violation of an order of protection barring her from contacting the actor and his wife. Sabourin's most recent claim is that she has intimate knowledge of a scar on Baldwin's hip. As told to the New York Post, Sabourin reportedly insists that she Baldwin had a relationship that involved long Facebook conversations, a night of lovemaking and phone sex before he allegedly dumped her by text. While Baldwin denies the two had a romantic relationship, he reportedly admits that after the two met on the set of the comedy "The Adventures of Pluto Nash," he and Sabourin had dinner in 2010. Baldwin reportedly adds that he was quick to sever contact with her after she reportedly sent him harassing emails and obsessively demanded that he marry and father her children. She allegedly sent harassing emails to Thomas as well. Now, as she calls the inside of a jail cell home, Sabourin is reportedly without a lawyer as her own attorney reportedly asked the judge to remove him from the case because of unpaid bills and her refusal to, that's right, accept his counsel.

    Bobby Kristina going downhill?
Bobby Kristina Brown, the daughter of late singer Whitney Houston, is allegedly nursing a broken heart along with a broken car after she reportedly broke up with boyfriend, former fiancé and adopted brother Nick Gordon. Brown's black Chevrolet Camaro sustained considerable damage after it jumped the curb and propelled down an embankment as she was allegedly making a left turn out of her apartment complex. Uninjured, Brown was reportedly issued a traffic citation for 'failure to maintain lane,' according to the Daily Mail Reporter. This is not the first metal bender for Brown, who was a passenger in ex-boyfriend Gordon's car when it crashed earlier this year. Brown also dinged his car in the car park of her building, causing serious damage. Prior to this most recent crash, Gordon reportedly tweeted that he and Bobby Kristina are uninvolved but remain close. Bobby Kristina sent out several cryptic tweets seemingly in response that alluded to her singleness. Her Twitter page, however, still mentions that she is still Gordon's partner.

    Shia LaBeouf bouncing too fast?
Is Shia LaBeouf ("Transformers") taking one for the team or truly in love? With news of a break-up between the actor and his stylist girlfriend Karolyn Pho barely digested, rumors are already surfacing that the actor is reportedly bouncing back with his 19-year old "Nymphomaniac" co-star, Mia Goth, after they were spotted out and about Los Angeles, says US Weekly. According to Radar Online, the controversial film is the straw that broke the camel's back for Pho who was reportedly unimpressed and concerned about LaBeouf's real sex scenes in the movie. LaBeouf and Pho reportedly ended things a few months ago after dating for nearly two years – during which the couple shared an affectionate relationship and were often seen holding hands, kissing. Before throwing in the towel on their relationship, Pho is said to have asked LaBeouf to request "Nymphomaniac" director Lars Von Trier to amend the scenes to make it appear that the sex was real. She was unsuccessful. LaBeouf is rumored to have already met Goth's parents, but sources say that both actors want to go slow before steady.

    Lindsay Lohan arrested for assault.
While the rest of the world was lying asleep in their beds, with visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads, actress Lindsay Lohan was itching for a fight. At 4:00 AM on November 29, Lohan was arrested and charged with third degree assault after reportedly punching Tiffany Eve Mitchell of West Palm Beach, Florida for allegedly crowding her. Details are still coming through, but according to New York's Daily News it appears Lohan and Mitchell were at the nightclub, Avenue near Manhattan's meatpacking district, when Mitchell supposedly bumped into Lohan, who lost her temper and got physical when Mitchell didn't respond to her request to give her some space.
