Whether it be Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden or another venue, Soaps.com will keep you posted as soon as the details are final!
Previously reported on November 4:
It seems as though the 2008 Daytime Emmy excitement has finally settled down, but there is already word - and maybe some worry - about what network will air next year's awards.
Apparently CBS, who was due to air the event as a network rotation slot, has just declined the opportunity, and it's been years since NBC has been the home for Emmy night. So what about the ABC or SOAPnet networks? As of this time, both aren't making any plans to broadcast the show as well!
The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences is continuing to present the offer to many other networks and cable channels and plans for the Emmys to go off as it does every year. Brent Stanton, NATAS Executive Director, hopes that by December, they'll know exactly where they stand and will be able to pass along word to the Daytime community as well!
