Naked surprise on Hollyoaks. (Lime Pictures)
    Extended coverage.

Since Americans aren't the only ones with good soapy drama, Soaps.com has listened to our readers from across the pond who have requested we keep tabs on a few British and Australian soap operas. Take a look at what's going on with dramas from other parts of the world.

    EastEnders:
Spoiler alert: Sharon is on her way back to town, reportedly after an ex-boyfriend kidnaps her son. Look for a married Sharon to turn to Phil for help when she pops up in late August.

Michael and Janine's wedding might not come to fruition as scheduling and pregnancy issues begin to interfere. On doctors' orders, Janine cancels the wedding, sending Michael into a rage and ultimately tossed out of The Vic into the gutter.

    Coronation Street:
Ryan Thomas (Jason) and Alan Halsall (Tyrone) have renewed their contracts locking in at least another year with the British soap.

Brooke Vincent (Sophie), Ben Price (Nick), Sue Cleaver (Eileen) and Ryan Thomas (Jason) will take part in the documentary "Corrie Goes to Kenya," which will follow the actors as they raise awareness about HIV in the African country.

Spoiler alert: Watch the sneak peek of Wednesday's episode where Audrey confronts Maria over her crush on Marcus. The video might not be available in all areas.

    Emmerdale:
Spoiler alert: Thinking they'll be alone, Chas and Cameron head to Gennie's place for a make out session, but are caught by Gennie herself. She doesn't have much time to get over her shock regarding the illicit lovers though, as Debbie is the next to arrive. Will Gennie cover for the duo or rat them out?

Check out the clip, which might not be available in all areas, from Thursday's episode as Ashley, who just spent the night sleeping in the church, tries to hide his downward spiral from Laurel.

    Hollyoaks:
Spoiler alert: Ally prepares for a romantic interlude with Amy, but ends up naked in front of Ste and Doug. That's not the only shock the boys receive, as Brendan is found waiting for the new couple when they emerge from the bedroom. Should they be afraid? Or just creeped out?

After leaving the village broke and homeless, the Savages enjoy a triumphant return, settling onto a houseboat outside the Dog in the Pond. Needless to say, Jack and Darren aren't too happy about this latest development.

    Neighbours:
Gemma Pranita is leaving the role of Jade after two years. While the actress will film her final scenes in August, the character won't leave the canvas until later this year.

Justin Holborow has been cast as Kyle's cousin Harley. His arc will last four months, and will reportedly portray Harley as more of a heartbreaker than his cousin.

Spoiler alert: Now that Troy is back, he hopes to connect with his son, but finds roadblocks at every turn. He locks Callum in the house so he can talk to the lad, which causes Sonya and Jade to run to the rescue. Will they keep Callum safe, or just put themselves in harm's way?

    Home and Away:
Rebecca Breeds is leaving the Australian soap as Ruby, a role she has played since 2008. Her exit will reportedly leave the door open for a future return.

    Spoiler alert:
Watch the teaser clip, which might not be available in all areas, of Wednesday's episode where Dex feels his romantic issues trump Sasha's.
