Will she say yes on EastEnders? (BBC)
Since Americans aren't the only ones with good soapy drama, Soaps.com has listened to our readers from across the pond who have requested we keep tabs on a few British and Australian soap operas. Take a look at what's going on with dramas from other parts of the world.
Abi forgoes her scholarship to Costa Rica in favor of sticking around for her beau Jay. After Tanya and Max try to talk some sense into the couple, Jay proposes, suggesting Abi still go to Costa Rica, but as part of their honeymoon. Ah, young impetuous love.
Unhappy living in Walford, Afia leaves her husband Tamwar, who is understandably heartbroken. All is not lost though, as Fatboy is there to pick up the pieces.
Simon's been acting out for a while, but coming up, things take a dangerous turn for the youngster. After running off from school, he hides out at home and finds Carla's hidden stash of wine. When Peter finally finds his son, he sees Simon passed out next to the open bottle. The boy is rushed to the hospital, as a guilt ridden Carla offers to move out of the house. Should Simon take her up on the offer?
Michelle's son Ryan returns in the form of a recast, actor Sol Heras. However, things aren't looking good as Ryan has become a drug user during his time away.

Chas and Cameron continue their affair by going away together. It's not all excitement and romance though, as Chas gets miffed when Cameron calls to check in on Debbie. Nothing kills the mood faster than a man calling his significant other in front of his lover, but the bigger issue might be that Cain starts to suspect Cameron is stepping out on Debbie.
As her trip to the pokey nears, Alicia worries to David that Jacob will be forced to live with his dad Justin and his perceived evil stepmother. After a couple of drinks, David suggests they get married, ensuring Jacob lives with him once his mother is gone. Since she's secretly in love with him, Alicia says yes. Still clueless to her true feelings, David might not be too thrilled when he learns Alicia married him even after Justin dropped his custody pursuit.
Walker comes 'round Brendan again, much to several characters' dismay. Cheryl isn't thrilled, worried that Brendan is up to his old tricks, but Joel might take it the worst, jealous that his mentor is focusing on someone else. So, Joel follows Walker to learn more about him and is shocked by what he discovers.
In her quest to become the new face of Attwell's gym, Carmel hits the tanning salon, which could have deadly consequences. During her session, the tanning bed explodes, leaving her life on the line. Will she survive her injuries, or will it be death by tan for Carmel?
Home and Away:
The stress of supporting Hayley, who is trying to kick her drug habit, and learning that Bianca is in the hospital, finds Liam turning to a bottle of vino to help him relax. Considering he is a recovering addict himself, Leah worries wine could be a gateway substance for harder mood enhancers.
A big storyline is brewing for the residents of Summer Bay. While it won't involve a natural disaster like last year's storm, it will reportedly affect every character on the canvas.
Watch the first couple of minutes from the June 6 episode as Ruby confronts Indigo about the money Romeo lent her. The video might not be available in all areas.
Rhys has been attracted to Vanessa since she first hit the scene, but there's that little issue of her being pregnant with Lucas' baby. It doesn’t seem to be much of a deterrent, however, as the two share a kiss. Will it lead to anything more?
Callum's father Troy returns, which will no doubt cause some upheaval for Toadie and Sonya. They won't be the only ones affected by his reemergence, as Jade will be forced to confront her own rocky history with the ex-soldier.
