this is great news! oltl didn't deserve to be cancelled. i hope this will also mean that all previous episodes of oltl will also be posted online so that viewers can watch them anytime and catch up on any storylines we've missed out on over the years!!!!!

So what does this mean for all of those Characters who are leaving or being killed of (i.e. Joey, Kelly, Dorian, Gigi, etc.) Will they all be brought back?

If the show is gonna be online how do we get it and how do we find out about it? Will there be a cost to watch it?

Be careful... the same hype was made about moving Passions' production to DTV101 original programming on DirecTV. I switched to DirecTV with a 2 years contract and they cancelled passions after 1 year. Not that wasching it online would have a cost to the consumer... but that's just it... it's a new and somewhat unproven format. If it's not as profitable immediately as they hope... it won't last. So I'm happy, but reserved.

I am not exactly sure what HuLu is, but if that is how I have to watch OLTL, then I will figure out how to do it. I feel sorry for some of the elderly that do not use computers, because they will be missing their soaps just as much as the rest of us. Hopefully, someday, they will be on TV again. ♥ I LOVE OLTL ♥

I think the current writers and being crappy by ending storylines and screwing them up so badly, some cannot be fixed. They KNEW there was a deal and had more than ample time to adjust the storylines accordingly. Do they have sour grapes? Did Disney no budge allowing the writers to adjust with the sale? Whatever the reason, it may turn me off from even watching. The 2 Todds on OLTL, and dumping Trevor is frustrating and makes me angry. I could go on and on about the new Todd got rid of his scar, so how can he be the REAL Todd? STOP screwing with facts! I feel bad for the new writers who will have to fix all these messes. I am sure they are crapping up AMC as well.

If this online like Hulu atmosphere comes along, will we have to pay to watch?

Hey we are all ready. Just make it happen. We can watch AMC on the internet or TV. Makes me no difference as long as Pine Valley goes on with it's characters and is free. Come on now. Make it happen. WE did our part, now keep up your end of the bargain. I really don't want a break either. I heard something about it going off the air until December. Really, is that neccessary? Life goes on. Let it.

I am so thrilled that I will be able to continue watching my show online. If all my favorite actors go with the show then I would actually pay a fee to see the show if that was my only alternative to watch it.

Are you sure Davids last name isnt really Von Frankenstein sewing people together, really, transplants? will the town end of zombie like people or are they all infected from the poison David put in the punch years ago.I just dont think David is the only one behind this.I do believe Zach's father is also involved. Oh and if anyone remembers the Soap Loving I have a Badge from one of the producers #600 it was given to me.

So happy OLTL is continuing. Of the soaps left on air today, I feel strongly that OLTL is the best of the offerings. News releases indicate that Prospect Park will keep production in New York which may be an inducement for many of the "veterans" to stay with the show. Looking forward to January!
