I just read that Tracy Melchior will return to the show as Kristen Forrester Dominguez (B&B). I never knew that she was once on this show. I just ran into her last summer shopping at Z Gallerie in Long Beach Ca. I knew her from All My Children years agos and loved her, but although we were standing right next to one another out of respect for her privacy I said nothing. The funny thing is that I ran into Robert Duvall at the Z Gallerie in LA with his wife about five years ago,and on top of that I ran into into Neil on The Young and the Restless eighteen years ago at Venice Beach, watching the same show of a local entertainer. That's it--next time I'm saying "thanks for the great acting or something"--and post there response here (in the message boards)!!
I froze up and just stared at Tracy, and then I did the same with Neil from The Young and the Restless , and we were shoulder to shoulder in a circle of people trying to get a glimpse of a street act. With Robert Duvall I actually ran into turning around in the Z Gallery at the Beverly Center, I almost knocked him over! I opened my mouth to apologize and nothing came out--I stood there with my mouth wide opwn! He just smiled and kind of laughed right in my face, and joined his wife who was at the counter buying some picures. The guy working in the store walked up to me laughing becuase he witnessed the whole thing. He said he understood my embarressment--what do you say to someone like that after almost knocking them down?"I...I..I love you...?"
Angela V from the Outer Banks of North Carolina writes,
"My daughter and I went to Food Lion to buy food. We got behind this man pushing a cart with a child in it. When he turned sideways and I told my daughter that it was the guy she thought was so good looking on the Guiding Light that she watched this summer with me. She said "No way", ans he went on ahead. We got to see his whole face and she still was unsure, so all I could do was stand there and point at him. He gave us a big smile and told us that we were right it is him. We spoke with him for awhile and he was so very nice. We told him our names and asked us to have a nice vacation!
All she could talk about for days is that he knew her name without being told again. We told everybody, but it was really cool that he took time out like that not to just sign something but to have a conversation with us. And my 14 year old told all her friends that he was a "HOTTIE". I thought so to!"
Great story, Angela! What a sweet guy! Fans? Keep sending us your stories and we'll post them for all to see!
