I've heard rumors that Grant Aleksander is going to be on Y&R as some billionaire. I kinda don't believe it, but I hope it's true.

If Grant Aleksander comes to Y and R, I hope he gives Victor Newman a run for his money! We need some fresh faces and storylines on that soap. I hope it's true, as I will look forward to seeing his handsome face.

I know this is going to sound strange coming from a man, but I greq up with a mother and 3 sisters, was the baby of the family and am 16 years younger then my next sibling. I was spoiled and watched GL when my mother would do laundry and iron when it was still 15 min long and in black and white while I played and colored, watching it with her (for most of my life - 47 years). I'll miss it greatly, I think because young Allen Spaulding is about my age (in real life and the show - even though it seems like I can remember when he was born on the show).

I just now watched the tribute video from the Daytime Awards. When will I be able to watch things from this show without balling my eyes out. How do you get that wrapped up in a TV show?

I meant I watched the tribute again.

How many episodes did you watch on tv. Well, I'll give you a hint. I Know my introduction is not what you say to do. This is one. Not really. Ansd let me be the first to say. I'm on the email today to say this isn't a good time for Guiding Light who went off the air and was wanted for fanfares to bring it all back. Some Characters and stories. Beth Chamberlin and the girls knew that the passing of alan spauding was the most recent story of all time. Through the years The Spaudings, The Thorpes, The Coopers and The Bauers have the time of their lives and share stories about personal tragedies an distincted triumphs and harley's toes were the subject about Harley's men and Frank's women and when they were married, there was one thing missing. We just tuesday two weeks ago the passing of alan spaulding and it confirms they were the masters of tv's daily run. In days to come we'll read the stories about characters who shared their lives when personal affair become reality. On september 18th, When Mrs. Frost died in 1937, it was the guiding light that fans wait a few hours and we can't wait to tell you the whole story. In the words of this story, There is a destiny that makes them brothers, no one goes his way alone; All that send into the lives of other and as her character taught us It comes back in their own.

We'll learn about this as Harry Kramer says on monday's program called Guiding Light: 72 years in springfield.
