Olivia and Natalia pack up, Jeffrey and Josh argue and Shayne gives blood.
At the spa, Olivia and Emma get manicures and pedicures. They show them off to Natalia and then Emma tells her mother that the hotel is not a real home. Olivia ushers her daughter off to see her friends and sits down to catch up with Nat. She was just checking in with Rafe and promises to tell him everything. "Everything?" Olivia asks. Nat admits that she's not ready to talk about what she doesn't understand. They worry about what they will be going back to when they leave the spa. Olivia jokingly suggests that they just travel the world and go to spas. "It would be nice to go somewhere where nobody knows us," Olivia says. Nat says it doesn't matter where they go; they will still love each other for the same reasons. Olivia agrees to go back as long as they don't backtrack on the movement they've made. They hold hands. Nat says that she feels comfortable with her now. "Things are going to be different now," Olivia repeats. They both know people will talk. Olivia suggests they rehearse what to say. Right now, they are friends, but there is more, though it might take a while to get there. Nat makes her promise to always be her friend. Olivia gets a call from Ava and decides to go to San Francisco to help her move. Natalia agrees to look after Emma while she's away. Olivia tells her how much she will miss her. As they join hands again, Nat laughs. She feels like they are 'intertwined'.
When Natalia and Emma get home, the little girl wants to eat fudge cookies and watch movies. Nat says they have to have a proper meal and warns her that her mother wouldn't be pleased. "But I have two mommies and when one says 'yes' that counts," Emma says. Nat smiles.
Shayne and Dinah are trying to decide what movie to go and see. He'd rather stay in her room. She reminds him he has an appointment at Cedars. They flirt and she brings up his son again. He refuses to talk about it.
At Cedars, Mallet and Marina are surprised when the doctor tells them that Henry is anemic and needs a transfusion. Neither of them are a match so they are calling around for one. The doctor advises them to stay calm. As the couple sits outside, Marina panics and wishes they could find the real parents. Dinah and Shayne walk over and the couple fills them in. Shayne says he's sure they'll find a match and tells them to stay strong. As he and Dinah walk away, she wonders why he didn't say anything. "Please tell me I'm not involved with a guy who walks away from his son when he needs him?" she asks. He explains that he is going to give blood right now and makes her promise not to say anything.
Dinah returns to Mallet and Marina and promises them that Henry has a guardian angel looking out for him. Marina walks away to check the blood donor's list and Dinah stays with Mallet. He says that having Henry in his life has made him feel like a man, but now that he's trouble, he feels helpless.
Marina walks down the corridor. She prays at the blood drive sign. Mallet runs over to her with the doctor to say that they've found a match in the hospital. He thanks Dinah and hurries off with his wife. Shayne walks out, rolling up his sleeve. Dinah points out how dangerous his decision has been and suggests that it will come back to haunt him. They argue but he insists that this is what he wants.
The doctor comes out after giving the baby a transfusion. Everything is fine. They are thrilled. Mallet wishes that he could have stepped up. "You have already shown Henry what a great father you are," she says. They talk about how they will always be the ones who Henry turns to when he needs something. Dinah watches them and smiles.
At Cross Creek, Blake is helping Reva do the dishes. Blake admits that she gets worries when she sees Josh and Reva together, especially when she's worked so hard with Jeffrey. She tells her what she told Jeffrey and how hard she thought he'd have to fight to keep her. Reva's not pleased and runs off.
In the parking lot, Jeffrey is ranting at Josh and accuses him of not being able to let go of Reva. Josh is sarcastic and reminds him that Reva will always be part of his life. Jeffrey offers to knock him out if he doesn't stop getting in the middle of the family. Josh is certain that Reva is still in trouble and refuses to back away. He insists that he wants Reva to move into the future too, but she has to be safe. "I like you Josh, but sometimes I just want to strangle you," Jeffery shouts. Reva runs over and gets between them. She tells 'the idiots' to stop this. The three of them bicker. Jeffrey doesn't think Josh can only be there for her part time. Josh agrees. Jeffrey points out how often she runs to Josh and suggests that she's the one who can't let go. She refuses to talk to either of them and strides off. Jeffrey trails after her and Matt walks by.
Josh tells Matt how tired he is of this Reva stuff. Matt understands; he always wants to slap Billy when he sees him with Vanessa. He tells him that he needs a break, or a woman. "Women are my downfall. They make me crazy," Josh claims. Matt tells him he's too nice and suggests that he try having a 'casual' relationship with a woman. "I'm going to make it my own personal goal to help you meet women," he announces. He's going to take him to the produce aisle at the supermarket to pick up women. Josh laughs uncontrollably. "This is sounding a whole lot scarier than going after Edmund," Josh says. He's starting to feel like he is everyone's 'project'. He continues to worry about Edmund. When Shayne walks by, Josh hugs him. After Matt walks away, Josh tells his son that he has to know that Edmund is out of commission. Shayne agrees that it's best to be sure and offers to go along with him.
Reva and Jeffrey return home and send Blake on her way. They sit down to talk and he explains how much she can get under a man's skin. She tells him about her latest tests and cries as she worries what the next set of results could be. They play with Colin and he promises that everything will be getting better.
