I don't understand how anyone can look at the Olivia and Natalia s/l with anything but love and amazement. Ellen Wheeler and Jill Lorie Hurst have taken such care with this s/l. CC and JL have done an amazing job bringing this s/l to life. It is about unexpected love that is real and pure. It's about a family that developed from a lost love and a rare gift of life. About two people who really didn't like each other but grew to depend on each other and along the way they found love. Their love has made Olivia a softer person and has made Natalia a stronger person. This story has brought fans together from all over the world. It is truly the best love story on TV today. Thank you EW,JLH,CC,and JL for giving the fans the great story of Otalia.

Thanks so much for yet another update on our beloved Guiding Light! Snaps to Ellen Wheeler and Jill Lorie Hurst for continuind to bring us great stories. I do so love this show! Awesome preformances with the characters of Dinah, Olivia, Jessica, and Josh this week!
I'm a bit sad to see that so many people are a bit negative about the storline of Otalia. It is a beautiful story about love. Love comes in many forms and is unique to each person. Love, just like people, deserves to be respected and left without judgement impossed upon it. I hope this particular story can at least open the eyes of those who have never been given the opportunity to see things in a different light. That is exactly what the story of Olivia and Natalia has done for me. I'm grateful to Guiding Light for removing the veil from my eyes. I feel like a more understanding, respectful, and loving person for having embraced this beautiful love story. I've learned that it really isn't about who you love ... rather ... it's about "if" you love. I can no longer build a fence around the ideology of love. It's not my place! Thanks Guiding Light!

As a third generation GL fan who loves the Olivia and Natalia SL, it never ceases to amaze me how people who claim they love soaps can spew such hatrid for a true classic love story that's just as valid and true to life as any other shown over the years. I know several real life same sex couples w/similar stories and some of them do not even label themselves gay. They label themselves simply in love and isn't that what a great soap should reflect!?!

I am not what you'd call a 'soap fan'. I grew up watching them, like so many others, with my mother and grandmother, but eventually found them to be too contrived and ridiculous. A few months ago, my sister begged me to watch the Olivia/Natalia story and now I'm now completely 'ridiculously' invested. It may be moving at a glacial pace, but this story is all too real and I'll follow it no matter how slow they long as its forward.

Buzz is back where he belongs with a clean face and fuzzy hair to boot!! hallelujah!

and I actually got goose bumps when Shayne held Henry!! OMG! how sweet!! and I am so glad Dinah told him, and we didn't get the usual messing with paternity test rigmarole..

Glad to see Remy and Christina with some more to do!
and here comes Edmund again!! Bring it on! Josh needs an excuse to use that gun!!

As for the Otalia, some great moments amongst the angst! how about that little jacket grab today!! head tilt, pulled her close....oh man...

Best line of the day "Emma did you run away again?".. and I laughed at “I'm not gonna praaay for you to come back," because Jessica’s delivery was histerical!
Great other lines: "That family likes to hunt and stuff the animals and hang them on the wall"
"I am indoor/outdoor, a woman of all seasons"
"you just have to worry about the bats flying around"
"will you calm down" ad lib by Jess? Funny with the clothes flying!
But the best parts were when Liv called Nat "Princess!" and the way they had their heads close after their relaxing treatments.. so close yet again!!

Posted before I saw all the comments.. Very sad that a love story can cause so much negativity.. If you truly cannot see the value in love in the world, then perhaps fast forwarding thru the story is the best solution. Some couples may not be my favorite, but I do not get mean and spiteful about the story or the actors or writers in posts. I simply don't make any comments. simple as that.

Otalia is great, but so frustrating. What is so hard about defining their relationship? They already said they're in love! But I'm enjoying all the tension. It's definitely keeping me glued to my TV, which I guess is the point. I just wish there had been a little more before Emma showed up.

For someone who's not a soap viewer, I think they've handled the Olivia/Natalia storyline beautifully. The acting of the two actress impresses me no end. I also like the Shayne/Dinah storyline because it was handled realistically and the reveal wasn't dragged on to eternity. So I say props to GL for an excellent show.

Again, Otalia were on their game during this episode...we watched them go from fighting, to communicating about their fears, to having fun on the nature trail, and back to Olivia communicating with Natalia her need to know how they move forward. The writing continues to be wonderful, and although one gets slightly frustrated by the interruptions, we know that we are in for the long haul on this relationship. Keep it coming GL

I am a fan of Guiding light and of course the hottest couple out there Otalia. Watching Otalia storyline is like being part of a magical experience. It is Incredibly well written and superbly acted by Crystal Chappell and Jessica Leccia . It is MUST see. I believe in true love and Otalia storyline portray it in such an amazing way that makes me fall in love again. How many shows out there can shake us and not with horror and violence and explicit sex scenes but with powerful emotions like longing, pure selfless love , with goodness? Love Guiding light and Otalia!
