Grammy43 and GLandWT I agree with you. I was never much of a Nat fan. And for her to stand there and let Frank pour his heart out that was just wrong. Oliver should have declined to stand up with her after telling her how she felt on her wedding day. Then she stood there staring at her the whole time and crying. They both had plenty of time to tell each other and Frank how they felt. The alter was not the place or time for it.

Love it, love it, LOVE IT! And for all of those that are wondering why this happened at the alter... Well, it is a soap opera after all! It's things like this that keep us on the edge of our seats wanting more. This storyline is generating more comments and talk than GL has had in a long, LONG time!

I feel sorry for Frank too, but Nat and Olivia's story line is so moving to me. I understand why it's confusing to some, and disgusting to others. But I appreciate the story because I too am a very moral and religious person from a family of ministers and gospel singers, and I love God, but ... well, unless you walk away from ... I have lived this story, and the path I choose left me alone. Let me have this fantasy of love to watch for a minute without whispering words of disgust, for a little while I can not feel so alone. Writer's I hope you can allow Nat and Olivia to find something I never could let myself have - love. What more can they do to you, you're going off the air. Sad, I been watching since I was 11 years old, 31 years now. I'll miss everyone.

I haven't watched GL in years and just started back. I don't care for the storyline of Liv and Nat. I think I will watch the GSN while they are on. Poor Frank can never get the girl. Maybe he needs to look on the other team. I hear they are running that storyline on ATWT.

I can not believe this Natalia/Olivia fiasco--what a stupid story line. And not at all who the characters have portrayed themselves to be all this time.

I have no idea what guiding light is doing with this s/l but it's BORING!!!!!!!! I'm all for same sex couples but this just seems forced. I think it would have made more sence to pair Doris and Olivia together......a little off topic but guiding light could have done a better job a covering up Natalia's belly if they weren't going to include it in the s/l.

I feel so bad for Frank, the poor guy has no luck ,What is up with the story of Olivia and Nat they are both in love with each other and that is kinda cool, but how are they going to make this work? well they be bring some of the actor's that were on the show back for when it ends?

I have watched The Guiding Light since the late 50's.My mother watched faithfully until she died at age 84 a few years ago.I was horrified to find that it would cancel in Sept.09.
After many weeks of feeling the eminent loss,I now simply feel empty regarding the cancellation. This is because this week ,they have joined forces with other soaps portraying gay relationships, which I never in my wildest imagination would expect from such a family based long lived soap.
I now couldn't care if they were to cancel this very day since I no longer watch it. My very best to those actors who will go on to other acting positions.I now have one less addiction(watching too many soaps)
