Rick and Mel try to work through things, but she makes a discovery. Gus and Harley meet Reva and Billy in Vegas for the weeding. Josh and Cassie finally get together.
Remy finds Leah trying to study over coffee. She left the house because, when she's there, she worries too much about her parents. She thinks she's going to get stuck looking after 'clueless' Rick. At Cedars, Rick is surprised to find Mel working the same shift as him and they decide to take it as an opportunity to get closer. At the end of her shift, they take a walk. She tells him that she thinks it's time that she forget about the mistakes that he's made and they move on with healing their marriage. Remy and Leah are a few feet away watching them with giddy expectation. Suddenly, Alan appears and tells Rick that he needs to talk to him 'about my wife.' Worried Rick gets up and tries to shield Alan's inquiries from Mel. Alan assures Rick that he's been monitoring things while he's been away, but Rick insists that he hasn't seen Beth at all. Mel breaks in to point out all the times he's gone up to the mansion. Alan says that he just wants to know if Beth said anything about Lizzie, but Mel breaks in again to tell Alan that it's none of his business and he should leave Lizzie alone. Alan leaves and they sit down for a drink. Rick confesses that he feels as nervous with her now as when they began dating. They reminisce about those days until they start to reflect on how their marriage is nothing like the 'toxic' marriage of Alan and Beth. Mel wonders how Beth could have ended up with Alan; she always thought that Beth would end up with someone more like Rick. They are interrupted by a phone call that Rick leaves to take. When he is gone, Mel writes a love note to put in his coat. When she places it in a pocket however, she finds a key to a hotel room and this fuels her suspicions.
In a lengthy montage, Josh and Cassie slowly make love while Reva puts away Josh's photo and tries on her wedding dress. While they lay spread out on the floor, Cassie confides in Josh that 'it feels so right with you.' He mockingly snores before agreeing with her. She is still worried if they did the right thing. He tells her that they should have done this a long time ago and the she is 'everything I want in my life.' There is a noise outside. Cassie realizes that it's RJ. They hurriedly get dressed and un-barricade the door while giggling as RJ walks in. They awkwardly tell RJ that they are dating. RJ says that he knew that already and is 'very cool with it.'
Reva and Billy are in their room finishing their plans. Billy wants everything perfect and leaves to make all the flower arrangements. When Reva is alone, she plays with the ring and imagines Josh lying on the bed near her. She tells him that Billy is her rock and that they can make each other happy; she doesn't want to die alone.
Gus and Harley have come to Vegas. Harley obsessively gambles on slot machines while, an increasingly bored Gus, tries to swerve her attention away by reminding her that they are there to look for the blogger. He can't convince her to stop gambling, even though she's lost nearly $300, so he picks her up and throws her over his shoulder before walking her across the room. He lets her down and they turn around to find Billy standing before them with Reva following close behind. They tell them flat out that they are getting married, a piece of news that shocks Gus and Harley. They remind them that they've been down this road before. Excitedly, they ask them to be witnesses, saying that 'eloping is fun, but we'd like to have some home folk.' Gus and Harley say that they would be honored.
The two couples pair off. Billy and Gus do a little gambling while they make the final preparations. Billy says that he doesn't want this wedding to be a joke when confronted by Gus' jokes. Gus tells him that, he doesn't have a problem with him and Reva getting married, he just worries about getting involved with people who have a history with others(he thinks of Harley and Mallet). Billy isn't worried though. He's convinced that this is one of the best decisions he's ever made. Upstairs, Harley helps Reva get ready. As she models her earrings before the mirror, she lets slip: 'I can't wait to marry Josh.' Harley isn't exactly surprised. She asks if they should forget that Reva just said that or if they should talk about. Reva insists that it's over with Josh. The only reason she is thinking about him is becauseit is her wedding day; something which she never thought she would do again. She doesn't want to talk about it anymore. Today should just be about Billy.
When they all get to the chapel, they find it decked out in a Western motif. They make a few jokes before the minister comes in and the ceremony begins. When the vows commence, Reva begins to flash back to her wedding to Josh. Once it is her turn to say 'I do', she says that she can't, she wants to, but she can't. It wouldn't be fair on Billy. She tells him that he deserves better for a wife, but that she still wants to spend the rest of her life with him. Billy says that he knows that, 'in her heart' she could never be his wife. She confesses this is true and he forgives her. Gus and Harley leave, unable to believe what they just watched and go dancing. When Reva gets to her room, she takes the photo of Josh out again and tells it that she loves him.
