    You're A Big Boy Now.

    Tuesday, June 02 2009

Daisy goes to see Olivia and complains about how much she hates the Spauldings and how they make their own rules. She complains about Phillip and Olivia thinks he'll wind up just like Alan the way he's going. Daisy isn't sure what James is yet, but Rafe certainly isn't a normal Spaulding. Olivia suggests that she reach out to him now that he's back.

Cyrus shows up at the Coopers'. He tells Daisy that he hasn't found Grady, but he's sure that she's better off without him. Natalia walks in and welcomes Cyrus back before asking where Rafe is. "He's with Uncle Frank," Daisy says.

    Where Do I Sign Up?

    Monday, June 01 2009

Daisy walks home and finds James sitting on her doorstep. He needs a new ID, one without his name on it. He's starting a new life and a new fund. They sit down and he explains what his father is doing. She thinks he's being very 'Spauldingish' about this. He wants his new name to be 'Robin Hood' and asks her to be his partner. She turns him down, pointing out that she doesn't have a father who would go to jail for her. He talks her around. She makes his new ID but thinks this is a terrible idea. He gets a call and then tells her to get changed and meet him at Towers in an hour.

Ashlee startles Daisy in her basement and asks her to the movies. James calls Daisy and urges her over to Towers. Ashlee tells her friend that she's looking for a job. Daisy offers her the ID business but Ashlee would rather avoid prison. Daisy gets changed, but continues to insist that she and James are not dating. Ashlee thinks it's okay for her to like him. "Unlike Grady, James is not a criminal," Ashlee says.

At The Beacon, James is surprised to have his father turn up at his door. James escapes by claiming that he's going on a blind date. When he gets to Towers, Daisy arrives. She's worried about his plan but he's confident that it's foolproof. The investor arrives and James gives him his spiel. When the man leaves to make a call, Daisy tells James how impressed she is. The man returns and agrees to go in on the deal. Phillip arrives. "Sounds like a good deal. Where do I sign up?" he asks his son.

James goes over to Company to see Daisy. She thinks he's a jerk for using Bill's name and being arrogant. As she stomps away from him, Dinah walks by and over to Shayne and Josh to tell them that Reva's just been arrested. They run out. "Wow! Your Grandma Reva's been arrested," James says to Daisy. He offers to cover for her while she checks on the jailbird.

Daisy runs into Marina who tells her that she can't go and see Reva now. She orders her back to Company. When she gets back, she tells James he can leave. Phillip walks in and Daisy tells him he can't talk because he's working. He orders a coffee and tells his son they have to talk. Phillip explains that he is going to turn himself in. They walk outside and Phillip explains how he can make this work. James thanks him and they hug awkwardly. Phillip expects him to use this opportunity to make a better life for himself. "This is all so unexpected," James admits. When he walks away, Daisy sticks her head out. Phillip tells her that his son needs some space to get his head together. "That's fine! I don't care!" she declares, slamming the door.

Josh goes to company and Daisy complains about the Spauldings before joking about baking Reva a cake with a file in it.

    I'm Not A Saint.

    Wednesday, May 27 2009

Daisy and James run out of The Beacon after discovering that it's 'Senior Swim' day. He gets a message from his father. It makes him feel weird to know that he's trying to help. He asks Daisy to jump in the pond with him. They go back to his place and he admits that he'd rather be a starving artist than a wheeler-dealer.

Daisy gets an idea and brings James over to a shed he can use as an art studio. She thinks that he can get away from his family and his mistakes. When she admits that she used to bring Grady there, he guesses she's more interested in erasing her bad memories than in the pictures he draws. Phillip calls and tells his son that Alan has stopped the money from going through. Daisy tries to convince James not to turn back to his family. He tells her that his granddad doesn't stand a chance.
