O.K. I'm back as of an hour ago. It sure was a lot of fun. I had time at all of the events with all 15 actors and a good bit of time without the fans with the majority of them. What does anyone want to know? and which actors? I spent a bunch of my time with Murray, sat by him for the breakfast for the 100 signees and talked with him a good bit last night on our last day of the cruise. He said there is a lot of good stuff coming up with Marcy. Said I'm really going to like it.
Oh, I guess I ought to list all 15 actors on the cruise. Y & R Don Diamont and Christian LeBlanc. B & B Winsor Harmon and Leslie Kay. Welcome home! Sounds like you had a good time. You are so lucky to get to met and spend time with the actors. You said that you got to spend time with Murray, did he mention anything about our favorite GL being cancelled? Of did you hear anything about it from anyone? I am in a sad state of mind after all the rumors of it being cancelled. Also, you said that Murray said that Marcy had some good stuff coming up, did he say if it involved Bill?

No, it's him and Marcy. She is coming on strong to Cyrus. He said all of the actors are concerned about the show. Nobody knows anything and they are hoping that Grant will help the ratings. He did however answer one woman's question about him and Lizzie and said that he didn't believe it would really go anywhere, that she and Bill were destined to be together. You have to realize that most of the people that go on this cruise are NOT GL fans. They watch AMC and GH and Days and Y & R. Most weren't even sure who Murray was. Only a few diehards from the GL weekend and me were there for him.

PelphreyPosse, you Rock!!! Thank you for sharing! I bet it was a fun time. I hope Grant/Phillip will help pull the show up too. Dang, being on a ship with all those hot guys---you must have done something right in life!!!

Where are all of the GL fans? I realize that some GL sctors have moved to AMC and GH, but this is so sad that most of the people on the cruise are not GL fans? This cannot be good for GL. Poor Grant. It has to be hard for him knowing that not only are the long time fans of GL, but also the actors on GL are depending on him to help the ratings and save GL. Thanks for answering my questions. So, do you think that if eveyone on the message board were to send a letter to whoever it needs to be sent to requesting that they do everything possible to keep GL on the air that it would help or would it be a waste of time? Hey, I'm getting desperate, I can't stand the thought of no GL.

The only thing that is going to help GL is for Grant to have a great story return and folks start tuning in to see him again. We have to get the word out that Phillip is back and things are going to be exciting once more. The Soap Opera Mania tour which starts two weeks from now in Macon, Georgia is about 35 cities with a lot of soap actors. They are taking a lot of CBS people and some GL actors into areas that the ratings are really poor, hoping to stir up some interest in the soaps in general. I am going to at least 4 of these cities and possibley even more when they list the actors attending them. If they come to a city near you, GO!! Rosie, I am lucky and I know it. Lots of fun times but last night was the funniest. The last event was a cocktail hour in the lounge and then I went straight to dinner as I had first seating. About 8:00 I went back to my room to change into less fancy clothes and hit the casino. I ran into Leslie Kay (Felicia) on Bold and the Beautiful and she and her husband and I went to the casino where he and I won a bunch of money (his). Later I went into the bar area to visit with 2 girls that I had met earlier and I was explaining to them a comment Austin Peck (Brad on ATWT) had made to them about me. It was concerning how I get to go to the studio anytime I want to. Well, it was around midnight then and as I was explaining his remarks (made in front of a large group of fans) an actor came over and leaned over my sofa from behind me and was telling me goodbye in case we didn't see each other today when we disembarked. After the actor left, I resumed my story until another actor came by and did the same thing. I said goodbye, got my last hug and resumed talking when another one did it again! These girls,of course, got a good bye wave from each actor as they left me and said "We should have just stuck with you the whole cruise and they would have all come to you and we wouldn't have had to stand in line each time". I had to laugh. I am very fortunate to be friends with a lot of the actors and they spoil me with a lot of one on one time. Julie (soaps. com board member and a couple of the cruise directors staff) were teasing me about my rondevue with Jacob Young late one night. That's all I heard for the rest of the cruise. Jacob and his family have been my friend for several years and he always looks out for me. I stayed between Ricky Paull and Jacob for three hours in the casino last night, they both won. Pity I was too broke to bring money to play with too or I might have cleaned up!!!!

Glad you had such a wonderful time on the cruise and were able to visit with all the actors. Did Murray give you any hints as to how Coop's exit happens (does he die as has been predicted)? I really hate that GL is doing this to John and it sounds like the other actors didn't like it either. Thanks for all of your information.

Nanny, all I asked him about John was if he was done and he replied, yes last week. He also said everyone really was upset at his leaving and were worried more might follow him. We then started talking about Cozemel and what he and a friend of his did that day and I never asked him how Coop left. Actually in most cases, I rarely talk to them about the show. We always discuss their personal lives, not their reel lives. They live their characters so much that when they are away from the set, it's the last topic that they want to discuss. Usually it's the projects they are working on, or family stuff. Jacob and I were talking about his new baby son who is just 8 weeks old. His wife Christin is also a friend of mine and missed the cruise because the baby was a little too young to come this trip. He called her on the phone and told her what I had brought for Luke, his new son and we didn't discuss AMC either. Fans ask about storylines, friends talk about personal things. When fans look at Jacob they see J.R. on AMC, when I look at Jacob I see Jacob. Does that make any sense?
