Quote CareySmith: I know how soaps make dead people come alive and all but I'm curious what you think about Reva's cancer? How are they going to cure this one?

    The weirder the better.

They could always say there was some kind of mix up with the bone marrow and she did not get Jonathans, then she would have to have the transplant again, and this time Cassie would be the match. Now how interesting could that be?

I think it's great to carry the story line on Reva's cancer to let people know what some go through but..... This cat & mouse game with Reva and Josh that has been going on for years is getting old. I have watched this soap since I was young with my mother & grandmother. Part of the reason I still do is for Reva & Josh. I thoroughly am disgusted that Josh & Cassie would get together regardless of the situation. Josh knew what he was getting in to with Reva when they decided not to divorce.

Did you notice today how bad Jonathan wanted to tell Josh what was going on with Reva? I mean the poor kid was shaking and about to pull his hair out. I was sitting there thinking, tell him, tell him.

This is just crazy. Someone on that writing team has a sick twisted mind. It was not bad enough to have 1st cousins fall in love now to kill Reva and have Cassy and Josh hook up. NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASTY! I am only watching to see how they hurt after they find out about Reva when/if she dies. If she dies and after they suffer, after over 20 years of watching, I am done. Somebody should be happy and stay happy. I would even accept a new Reva if they need to change characters. I love them togeher and they have been together too long to keep playing these games. Let them deal with their children ad their problems. Enough is Enough!

I felt so sorry for his character today and it was all he could do not to blurt out the fact that his mother was dying and trying to protect Josh. He is a wonderful actor and getting better every time he is on. I hope he stays around a long time. The way they have slowly made his love for his mother come to life after the way he hated her in the beginning is wonderful. I hope they find some way to cure Reva because Kim Zimmer is one of my all time favorite actresses and would hate to see her leave the show.

I'm sick to death of Reva. We record the show and when she comes on we fast forward until she's off. That whole cancer thing was degrading to women who actually have cancer and realize the need for family support. Everyone's down on Josh but in real life how many men would take the treatment Reva's dished out on him. Anyone else would have been in divorce court a long time age. I think a nurse's advice on some of these scenes would be advantageous. I'm one if you need advice.

I agree Nursery, as a cancer survivor, we also use the Tivo 30 second skip on Reva. This selfishness is uncharacteristic of Reva. And for her to spend her time of need with only Billy, (who is also a sick alcoholic) is just stupid.
