You can catch one of GL's most beloved villains, David Andrew MacDonald (Edmund Winslow), in a new production on Broadway. After the political intrigue and chaos of San Cristobel and a torturous love affair with Cassie, Edmund left the scene and found himself incarcerated. In real life however, David Andrew MacDonald has resumed a highly successful career on stage. He's appeared in productions with local Shakespearean companies across the globe and now takes on the role of Lord Ashbrook in Coram Boy.

Based on a best-selling children's novel by Jamila Gavin, Coram Boy is set in the England of the Eighteenth Century and follows two orphans as they wind their way through divergent paths in life. One is the abandoned heir of a great fortune while the other was rescued from a slave ship. Together, they share a great adventure which audiences are bound to enjoy. The play promises a gorgeous and complex set, luxuriant costumes and a cast of over forty performers, all bolstered by the music of Handel and original music by Adrian Sutton. It has already been a hit at the National Theatre in London where it had rave reviews. It was transported to New York in mid-April for previews before its big opening on Broadway this month at The Imperial Theatre, located in Manhattan at 249 West 45th Street.
