The cast and crew of Guiding Light said another sad thank you and farewell to Peapack this week. They attended a special service at the Peapack Reformed Church. Local Reverend Kathryn Henry led the service which remembered the show's history and its original, Christian inspiration.
The show also gave the church a $10,000 donation to pay for new lighting in a community room. An additional gift of $10,000 was given to the Borough Council on July 28. That money will be used for picnic tables, benches and a new gazebo for Komline Park, a loaction which will be very familiar to viewers of the show.
Tuesday marked Guiding Light's last day of shooting.
