There is good news and bad news for fans of Shonda Rhimes' "Grey's Anatomy" and spin-off show, "Private Practice." ABC announced on October 19 that "Private Practice," which was set to lose actress Kate Walsh (Addison) from the cast, would not be renewed for another season, and will end mid-season after 13 episodes. However, according to Zap2it, ABC confirmed that it would add another two episodes onto "Grey's Anatomy's" season, for a total of 24 episodes of the popular medical drama.
