Actor Eric Dane (Dr. Mark Sloane, "Grey's Anatomy") is suing his neighbor, Smashing Pumpkins singer, Billy Corgan, over a fallen tree, according to ABC News. Dane alleges that a tree from Corgan's yard fell onto his house last year during a storm, causing the sprinkler system to go off and power lines to snap. Dane's wife, Rebecca Gayheart (ex-Hannah Mayberry, "Loving," "Urban Legends") was pregnant and inside the house alone at the time. She was forced to flee during the storm with live power lines on the ground, no light, and in flood conditions. Gayheart got away from the house unscathed, however, they claim in the lawsuit that Corgan had been warned about his shaky dangerous trees previous to the incident. Corgan, for his part, was upset about the tree falling, but denies the warnings ever occurred.
