Actress Kim Raver ("24," "Lipstick Jungle," "Third Watch"), who played Dr. Teddy Altman on "Grey's Anatomy," has landed a lead role on the new upcoming CBS series pilot, "NCIS: Red." The planned new show is to be a spin-off of "NCIS: LA," and according to The Hollywood Reporter, Raver will star opposite John Corbett ("Parenthood") in the pilot, which surrounds a team of agents who travel around the Unites States solving crimes. Raver will play the role of Special Agent Paris, the leader of the Red team, who is sporty, smart, funny, and holds a degree in forensic science.
