"Grey's Anatomy" viewers were surprised two weeks ago when the popular Primetime show was pre-empted very early in the season due to the Vice-Presidential debate. Unfortunately, viewers will once again be forced to wait to get their Seattle Grace fix, as ABC will be pre-empting "GA" in order to broadcast the "46th Annual CMA Awards" tomorrow night.

"Grey's Anatomy" will return with a new episode, entitled, "Beautiful Doom" on Thursday November 8.
