Legal trouble.

According to a report by TMZ, IATSE Local 80, a labor union that represents television and film crew members, has filed grievances against ABC Studios and Shondaland due to the firing of two cameramen, the grip crew, and a gaffer. It is alleged that the employees were fired after making a report about a hostile work environment to the human resources department at Disney. The complaint was made with reference to the Director of Photography, Herbert Davis. If they are able to prove the firings happened as a direct result of filing the complaint, it would be wrongful dismissal.
