Updated January 19:

In response to online speculation about whether or not Jessica's pregnancy would be written into her character's storyline, show creator, Shonda Rhimes, took to Twitter to address the issue, tweeting, "So here's the word: first of all, she's not pregnant next season, she's pregnant this season. In fact, she's already showing - our DP and costume designer are just very good at their jobs so you all haven't noticed it yet. I don't think it's gonna have any impact on story at all for us. Arizona's not gonna be pregnant and I think (hope, pray) the schedule will work out so Capshaw won't even miss an episode. Never fear, Calzonas - I got you!"
