E! Online threw fans a few teasers about what's to come in the season 4 premiere on September 13. It looks to be all about Rachel in New York, Kate Hudson, Kurt longing to be in The Big Apple and New Directions' new status at McKinley High.
It's no secret by now that Kate Hudson's character is no fan of Rachel (Lea Michele) and makes her life difficult at NYADA. In addition, Rachel's roommate is apparently entertaining lots of gentleman callers, much to her dismay. However there is a bright spot in newbie Brodie, played by Dean Geyer. Does Finn have competition?
As for Kurt (Chris Colfer), he starts out back in Lima, Ohio working at the Lima Bean and hanging around New Directions. Noticing he's not happy, Blaine (Darren Criss) encourages him to live his dream in New York. This of course leads to one of the greatest TV dad's ever, Burt Hummel (Mike O'Malley), giving Kurt an emotional send off.
Meanwhile, Hudson's Cassandra may be mean to Rachel, but she will show also a softer side by the end of episode one. Also, New Directions is the club to be in now, but that may change by the end of the hour. In addition, the premiere will shed light on the status of Brittany & Santana and Mike & Tina.
