The 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards nominations were announced this morning with Dot Marie Jones (Coach Beiste) receiving an acting nod for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy. Jones is up against Maya Rudolph ("Saturday Night Live"), Melissa McCarthy ("Saturday Night Live"), Elizabeth Banks ("30 Rock"), Margaret Cho ("30 Rock") and Kathy Bates ("Two and a Half Men").
"Glee" also received nominations for Outstanding Makeup For a Single-Camera Series (Non-Prosthetic) for the "Yes/No" episode and Outstanding Cinematography for a Single-Camera Series for the "Asian F" episode. The Primetime Emmys will air on ABC September 23. Talk show host Jimmy Kimmel will host.
