    Updated December 16:

TVLine has reported that Ricky Martin will officially join the McKinley High teaching staff, if only for one episode, as a Spanish instructor. Martin will perform two musical numbers in the episode set for late January.

    Updated December 7:

Should negotiations work out and Ricky Martin does in fact guest star on "Glee," he'll see a familiar face when he shows up for work. As Lea Michele (Rachel) told Access Hollywood, "He was in 'Les Mis' with me when I was 8 years old on Broadway. I adore him. I think he would be great."

Michele went on to say she's heard the rumors about Martin and Gloria Estefan coming to the show, but didn't confirm the casting news. She also teased that Ryan Murphy (co-creator) indicated there would be four major stars coming to "Glee" this season.
